Emotions Ascending

So much of where we get stuck in the old world has to do with emotions.  All of us are carrying Post Traumatic Stress  after lifetimes in the old world experience.  There are good aspects to this, because if we pay attention, our emotional reactions and blocks will lead us to the places within ourselves which, when healed, will speed us on our ascension journey.  Our emotional baggage acts like bookmarks in the stories of our lifetimes, showing us where we have work to finish and gifts to integrate before we ascend.

The challenge is that old stuck emotions are very compelling.  They can draw us into darker places within our memories in an instant. Emotions link to parts of us which are still living in past trauma.  We call these Inner Children, or Soul Parts. These parts of us can create a film of misery on our experience; like dirty eyeglasses showing us a reality which doesn’t exist anymore, but which feels as though it is present now.  So they are very convincing; telling us things are terrible, when really they are not.  So people have tended to avoid negative emotions as much as possible – medicating them, drowning them with drink and food, burying them deep in the unconscious or projecting them onto others.  This doesn’t make them go away though, they just fester when we do this and can undermine our lives.

As we ascend, we become increasingly unified with our own Higher Selves, and this is where we find the solution.  When identified with our Higher Selves, we have the emotional and spiritual muscle to release the stuck places, learn what we need from them and move on.  It is all about strengthening our true identity.  Our Higher Self can’t be victimized, is unafraid, is confident in the greater good within all circumstances and knows it is eternal, safe and unbreakable.  So the emotionally traumatic circumstances of life, while not pleasant, don’t have the ability to overwhelm like they used to.  They become increasingly easy to resolve.

In my writings I talk a lot about living in your new world self.  Your new world self is significantly more in unity with your Higher Self than your old world self.  Both aspects of you exist simultaneously during our current transitional period of ascension.  I have been teaching you to choose to live in your new world self, in the new world nursery, a place in spirit which holds you more strongly in the new world experience and assists to grow your new world self.  There is also an old world nursery you can release your old world self into, which nurtures it until it is ready to begin ascending too.  In this way you can bridge the two experiences as needed, but be focused in your new world self.

Increasingly you become able to tell when you have gotten pulled into the old world identity, by emotional reactions, from the present reminding you of past experiences where you became stuck in your growth.  These “bookmarks” from the past are trying to show you where to work on your healing so you can gain the gifts from those experiences; and claim your strong soul muscles that you have earned through them.

When you find yourself remembering in the midst of an emotional reaction that you are the wise one within, not the emotion, your more enlightened self can respond to your  emotions as a healer for your self.  Then you know your new world self is getting strong!  If you don’t remember until later, after you’ve had a meltdown, that’s great!  You remembered — now you can begin to make the opportunity a blessing instead of a curse.  You are ascending.

The subject of how to handle these old wounded parts of ourselves is a large one.  Probably too big for this post.  However, I have already given you lots of tools for doing that through many different posts on this site, which are here in the archives for your use.  These tools include strengthening your connection to your Inner Wisdom deep within your heart chakra, and Power Animals which strengthen the wisdom and power of your instinctual self so your Higher Self can join with it and be stronger in the world.  The exercise of “being a tree” strengthens that same unity of human and divine within you.  The key is to learn to identify with your true self, so that when the emotional stuff comes up strongly, you are able to step back from the reaction, and into that calm place within of your Inner Wisdom.  From there you can welcome your Higher Self to be present; then to surround whatever is going on with the “Force of Unity” which is the active energy of unconditional love, flowing from the Source of Life.  This will bring a deeper calm and help you feel safe enough to learn from the experience and initiate healing.  Again I have taught all of these things in prior posts. One of my gifts as a healer is to be able to identify the places where we are stuck, as individuals, families, soul groups and for the planet.  Then release the trauma, empower and heal what is ready at the highest levels of spirit and soul, all the way down to the genetic molecule and the diseases it carries.  I have refined this to a relatively painless and very efficient process.  So if you or your family needs help I am pleased to assist.
