This post will help you to overcome challenges that most face at first when doing Qabalah work.  I encourage you to read it first and then try the MP3. Prepare to shift vibrationally into the next level of your new world self.  There you will meet yourself in a clearer, more whole, and balanced way with just a single listening.  Working with it repeatedly over time, you will feel stronger and experience the world and life from a higher focus of your truest self.

The Qabalah is more than a concept.  It is the most fundamental structure of creation.  Like breathing, it works, you don’t have to understand how it works, or even what it is.  However, a little awareness of it can be enlightening and strengthen your unity with Higher Self and essence of truth of God.  I offer it to you in small doses through my book Riding the Wave of Change to gradually awaken you to the beauty and unity it can bring.  But it is not an intellectual exercise, it is a state of being which exists as the core of every living form.

People can get frustrated when reading about or using Qabalah because it is very hard to grasp mentally.  This is why they may feel they are failing and give up on it. The old-world mind can’t do what it is used to doing on this level of reality.  But as you work spiritually from heart and soul your new world mind will be born.  Your mind will come to know its’ true role in your life as a reflection of your Higher Self.

The old-world linear mind needs to come down off its’ high horse and recognize it isn’t the boss in the new world.  With practice it can partner with your intuitive mind.  It will learn to be guided by your Higher Self which communicates through feeling, inner knowing, intuitive leaps, and humble awakenings of your intuitive mind.  Then your linear mind can do what it does best – organize those into ideas you can talk about or build on. Your new world mind integrates these two functions of mind – linear and intuitive.  It is already available for you when you are ready to invite it into your life.  The Qabalah MP3 is a perfect tool to help you with this.  It supports and impels you into the experience and helps your mind to relax into that journey.  It is a perfect complement to my book.

When you work with this beautiful living spiritual structure, let it be received through heart and soul and gradually your mind will begin to integrate the understanding it awakens within you.  Don’t focus your learning through your intellect because your linear mind can’t hold the reality of it – it will get drowsy and won’t be able to remember what you have learned.  That is because spiritual learning happens through heart and soul.

So, go ahead and work with the Qabalah offerings in the MP3 and Riding the Wave of Change.  Stop as needed to let yourself feel and soak in what you have read, heard or experienced.  Let it resonate and awaken within you.  Each time you work with it a little bit, it is like watering the seed of your enlightened self within.  Take it at the pace you need. When I was learning Qabalah, I would meditate daily with a single sphere, or a pair of opposites, reading the information, sounding the name and its’ Archangel, and then allowing the energy of the spheres to resonate within me.  Gradually the reality of it awakened within my soul and then made perfect sense to my mind.  I couldn’t get it into my intellect – it couldn’t hold it.  But once it was in my soul, my mind understood.

The Healing Qabalah mini self-healing class walks you through the whole Qabalah Tree of Life.  It is like a tuning fork resonating through you body and soul. If you want you can go back and forth between the book and the MP3, working one or two spheres at a time to let those spheres resonate and awaken within you more deeply.  The book has diagrams and basic information, and the MP3 has the deep meditation to take you into the experience.

There is no definitive work on the Qabalah in my opinion.  Everything written attempts to share the visionary impressions that people have gotten through working with it.  My work is the Healing Qabalah and it works with the Archangels.  It awakens the reality of the experience within you so you get your own understanding which you can grow with over time.  It won’t do as good at feeding your intellect as many Qabalah texts.  But I believe what is more important is to experience the vibrational shifts that happen when you work with your own Qabalah so you know it deep within your being.  My book helps you to get a handle on the concepts and then you can let the MP3 take you to the experience.

In Riding the Wave of Change – Hope, Healing & Spiritual Growth for Our World I used the Qabalah as a structure on which to build the ideas of my book.  Kind of like the bones within  the body of the book.  You can understand the book without being able to understand its’ bones, just as when I see you, your bones influence what I see though they are hidden to my eyes.  Keep your heart open as you read, and let the words water the seeds of your true self.  Read it again to water some more.  Understanding is present within you because the Qabalah is the bones of your life within the universe.  The concepts will awaken in your mind as you need them based on your experience with it.  There are so many layers of learning.  Even in the chapters titled Qabalah Tree of Life in my book, Qabalah is just one of many things you can gain there, and not more important than the other benefits of those chapters.  Take what you are ready for when you read, and return for more when you are ready for that.
