This Saturday at 2 AM the length of day and night reaches that perfect seasonal balance of the Autumnal Equinox.  The strength of that balance lent support to significant shifts this week for physical healing and ascension of our human bodies.

On the foundation of many years of healing and ascension work, we have reached a new level of physical ascension this week, where planet wide correction of old-world disease can be initiated!  It is exciting to witness and be a part of co-creation at this level.

All the parts of our bodies which I will write about received shifts at the genetic level and more, bringing greater unity with Inner Wisdom and Higher Self.  Shifts occurred right from the beginnings of these body systems when they first manifested at this level of physicality during the age of Atlantis.  At that time most of our human limitations were brought into play to assist with the evolution of our independent souls.  Healing and Ascension helps to release those limitations, allowing our greater potential for health, wholeness and unity with Inner Wisdom and Higher Self to be actualized so ascension can occur.

One of the things I am learning is that ascension often follows healing for the physical body.  Clearing of old-world blocks, limitations and illnesses including physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual opens the way for easy ascension.

Where the body can’t heal quickly enough to ascend, souls may choose to leave the body behind and let their spirit ascend into the new world and new world bodies.  Either option is good, and each soul will make the choices that are for the greatest good for them and their soul groups.

I know this is a tender issue for people, myself included.  But it can’t be avoided as we meet the opportunities of ascension, because with each shift up, some people will leave.  Many people’s choices of whether to ascend the body or leave it behind were in place from before birth.  But some of them leave room for people to choose once they see how things will go.   It helps if we can let go of judgments and assumptions about this for ourselves and others, and just know we are all entering the new world in our own right way and time.  There are always good reasons for how things play out, and we are all moving into a wonderful new experience whenever and however we get there.

Grieving the passing of people from our lives is natural and right.  This process can be healthy and healing for us if we will grow through it to be more whole ourselves, though it may take time.  What we love in others may need to be found within ourself, thus honoring the gifts we have received from that relationship.  We can actualize those gifts within oursevles if we invest in that journey, though it’s different when it comes through yourself!  This process is an essential part of building our relationship of unity and wholeness with Inner Wisdom and Higher Self.  Healing Treatments can help with this process when needed.

Three Upgraded Body Systems This Week:

1 – This week the human lymphatic system received several upgrades for everyone.  This system has many functions including immune support, cleansing of toxins and nutrient absorption.  With around 600 nodes and several organs throughout our bodies, this system is complex.  I have spent a lot of time working with it over the years and experienced moderate improvement for individuals, but nothing like what I saw this week.  This week’s upgrades made me happy!  They included genetic shifts, clearing of blocks and improving the function and health of the system.  The upgrades will continue to work out across time to bring our lymph systems into position to ascend when we are ready.

2 – Thyroid issues have been almost epidemic for woman in recent decades.  I was very excited to experience genetic thyroid upgrades for everyone this week!  Thyroid is an endocrine gland that governs metabolism, weight, how much energy we have and affects many of our body’s functions. The result of this week’s healing and ascension shift will help to stabilize this organ which is prone to overworking or underworking.

One thing many don’t realize about thyroid, is that it can be strongly affected by emotions like anger, hatred, and rage toward self or others.  Working with angel vents as I teach in the blog post An Angel for Everything on July 1, 2021.  My students who have learned my Rage Work tool may find that very helpful.  Or just centering in your open heart and loving yourself and your thyroid which is in your throat, can also help keep this organ functioning better.   And with these upgrades any of those tools for healing will be more effective than before!

3 – Then to my surprise a third healing and ascension shift occurred, this time regarding heart disease!  There is a new level of unity with Inner Wisdom and Higher Self awakening within our blood stream, our hearts and so much else in our bodies that are affected by this.  It appears as a new level of joy, harmony and relaxation which is allowing healing of disease and also supporting ascension.

As your bodies receive these gifts, there may be some symptoms of tiredness or emotional release.  Make time to embrace them so the shifts can happen more easily.
