To release old world BS (belief systems) spend time with the angels!  They also help with so much more than beliefs.  They are an essential part of the journey of world ascension and help me daily in my work calling our world to its truest self.  Nothing gives me more joy than spending time with angels because their pure love brings me home to myself.

Part of what we are having to work through as we ascend are old world instincts.  They’ve taught us to individuate by giving us the knee jerk reaction against anything different and potentially harmful.  But to end war, greed, hatred and fear, we have to rise above old world instincts into the authority of our Inner Wisdom and Higher Self.  In that clearer place our instincts become a refined inner knowing instead of a knee jerk.  As we enter the new world we begin co-creating which replaces our old way of struggling to have what we need and be safe.  Angels can help with all of this.

In our earliest incarnations we were angels and so we have that core memory within our soul which can awaken us to unity with higher Self and essence of truth of God.  And within each created thing, from the smallest atom to the largest world there is an angel that holds the pattern of that thing within the created universe.

The thing about angels is that they always hold the vibration which I associate with the new world.  That state of perfect partnership with essence of truth of God in co-creating life is what they do always.  We, on the other hand as incarnating souls have spent eternity separating out of onenness with that One in order to individuate.  Now we are ready to return to co-creating as many unique facets of the One.  Remembering our angels and spending time in their energy can awaken that natural unity which we still have potential for.  As we ascend we are ready to reclaim unity and still be our individual and unique selves.

I would describe the angel vibration as absolutely clear, pure.  There is no doubt or fear, no competition or self-destructive nature.  There is beauty, perfect unconditional love, and absolutely trustworthy beingness.  Because we were angels before, spending time with the angels can refresh our spirits and bring us back to that sweet place so we can find our wholeness and truth.  It can heal the broken places within us and teach us to co-create with Higher Self and God and also with each other.

You have many angels which are part of your life.  There is your angel self, which stayed behind when you began incarnating, but which is now able to merge with you in this life.  I have taught about that in a few blog posts and will reference them at the end of this post so you can read the instructions for meeting and working with your angel self if you need that.  You also have your guardian angels!  Most of us have two or three of those.  Then each part of your body has an angel that helps it to play its perfect role in your life. There are also Archangels, which I teach a way to access and to work with in my book Riding the Wave of Change.  Each of these angels are uniquely created to help in their own unique ways.  Like us they have jobs that only they are designed to do perfectly.  As we let go of our BS from the old world, we can learn who we are and how we co-create life uniquely.  Like the angels our jobs are complex and rely on us to not get stuck in a small ego focus, but to flow with the changes and jobs that life brings to us.

Spending time with the angels is something I have done often throughout my life.  It has taught me who I am and opened the doors for me to move with the jobs life needs me to do.  Most importantly it has healed me so that I have been able to trust, to forgive, to love with increasing unconditionality.  The voices of the angels are the song of my heart.  They help me to live in the new world.

I encourage you to meditate with your angel self, any of the archangels, your guardian angels, and angels of different parts of your body that need healing.  Let yourself bathe body, soul and spirit in this beautiful vibration and let the old world lies, blocks and limitations begin to dissolve.  Receive unconditional love, innocence, forgiveness, trust, beauty, clarity and so much more!  Let the angel energies bring you more fully into your new world self.
