Thanks to my readers and Monthlies Class for generating a lot of great energy working with the deep grounding tools which help higher love to act through our lives. It really made a difference last week in my world healing and ascension work. Your grounding increased the available energy and stability which allowed deeper change to happen smoothly.  This week let’s go even deeper!

We can build on that deeper grounding work by bringing your focus into specific areas in your body.  Where you have been weak or unhealthy in any area of your body is the perfect place to build energy, heal and ascend.  Challenges within us are usually where we carry what I call “big jobs” for our family and soul groups.  You contracted for your weaknesses as “bookmarks” within your life; to bring focus to issues that you get to help with for all those connected with you, and ultimately everyone.  Your efforts are part of a much larger movement within all of creation to heal and ascend all life.

The process I’m going to suggest is simple, but it generates the beautiful energy of Holy Spirit, also called Force of Unity.  This is the raw material of life that the new world is being built out of.  It allows higher intelligence and love to act within our world to heal and ascend it.  By focusing on those areas, you are helping to release the old world, transforming specific blocks and issues and helping build the new world where those blocks have been.  You don’t even need to know what the issues are to do this work. You just need to get centered and grounded in that area and invite Higher Power in to co-create the new world with you there.

Grounding into those areas is harder than grounding into other parts of yourself because weaknesses indicate places where the substance, which I call Holy Spirit is somewhat lacking.  There isn’t much energy there to work with.  That’s why it is helpful to use the meditation from last week’s post to anchor your focus and energy there and ground into those places deeply.  Once there you begin to generate the needed substance that lets your Higher Self and the Higher Power act within your body and aura, and resolve whatever issues are there.  It will probably initiate some clearing, so if you feel stuff going on or any discomfort consider it an indication that you are accomplishing your goal.  Just welcome Higher Power by whatever name you like to call it to take charge of whatever is going on and help things to heal and ascend, or whatever is needed.  Breathe, hold steady in your ground with an open heart and let things clear and come into harmony.

You may want to focus particularly on the back of your body and aura.  This is an area where we tend to be less empowered and less awake.  Doing this work may begin to resolve issues that you have worked with for years, but never realized were manifesting through the back of your energy field.  I believe you will be impressed by how helpful this is!

Where you have those “big jobs”, there is likely to be many layers of work needed, so you may feel better for a while after working this way and then worse again.  That is your message to return and repeat this work again, going even deeper next time.  You can also bring your power animals and angel selves to those parts of you and your trees if you have those tools.  These will help to hold the ground across a longer period and generate more of the needed energy.

Rather than repeating myself, I will refer you to last week’s post “Deeper Grounding” and invite you to follow those instructions.  Then using that same process focus your ground into the specific areas of body and aura that feel weak or unhealthy or perhaps rather empty.  If you are my student, you can add further tools to the meditation if you would like to work more comprehensively.  Just remember to work from your feeling self, rather than your third eye or mind, which is the unique element of last week’s exercise. Pay special attention to instructions for doing that please!
