After all the clearing of old world foundations for chaos over recent weeks, now is the time where we get to open ourselves to the next level of the new world experience. Welcoming that new experience into our lives and our world, how can we help it to be born?
The ancient energy blocks that have been clearing have been the foundations for a lot of the really hard things in life. After a lifetime and actually many lifetimes of struggling with the kinds of misery that is ready to begin healing now, it is time to open our hearts and minds to wholeness and unconditional love. But sometimes it is hard to trust life and to forgive the past. The process of healing the past is now underway, and here are some ways we can make that journey speedier and smoother for ourselves and in doing so, make it easier for others to do as well.
1) Be willing to trust and to forgive. Sometimes, we don’t know how to do that authentically, but the willingness to do so is the first step.
2) Breath and open your heart to God within you. Welcome the new world to be born within your heart, mind and soul.
3) Fill a clear glass or jar with water. Write the words healing, forgiveness and trust on a piece of paper and tape it to the glass. I write on the sticky bar of a sticky note for this purpose and tear off the rest of the note, it saves me needing tape! Set it in a window, the sunnier the better, but any window. The light through the window will steep the energy of the words into the water; kind of like making sun tea! Give it half an hour or longer, then hold it in your hands, ask God in you to help you to receive healing, forgiveness and trust, then drink the water, slowly and with intention to receive its gifts. (This technique is based on the work of Misaru Emoto in his book The hidden Messages in Water.)
4) A beautiful, primal and simple emotional release can help you to cleanse negative energy, emotions and thoughts, but you have to be willing to be temporarily uncivilized! You can do the following exercise out loud or in your imagination. Both ways work, although aloud is more empowering, but if you do it silently in your imagination, let yourself feel it as though you are doing it aloud. Open your heart to the Higher Power and howl like a wolf, as though you were communicating with the Higher Power all that needs to be healed out of the depths of your body and soul. Let it be primal, don’t think about what you are releasing, just feel it and allow it to be carried on the sound you make. If you have ever heard a wolf howl, then you know it carries a deep sadness and joy, both at the same time. It is a way to transform old hatred, fear, pain, loss, guilt, shame, judgment or any negative state. It opens your heart and lifts the negativity into God’s own heart to be healed. Do it for a while, until you really feel things begin to release and heal. It will leave you feeling cleansed, alive and empowered. Animals are our teachers, and wolves carry this gift as a lesson for us in how to heal, trust and forgive.
May your week be joyful and may you feel alive, whole and empowered! Love, Eve
