Hi Ascending Friends!
It is so good to connect with you weekly and communicate about what we are doing here on Earth! It’s good that we are doing it together.
The changes we are undergoing now, and have been for a month or more, represent a big step for the ascension process. It isn’t the easiest step we have taken, but once we are through this piece it will make a huge difference. The next two years will bring many big steps, and this is the first one on this particular phase of our journey. Kind of like we are trekking and we are going over a mountain pass, and this phase is equivalent to day one of our climb. As we continue, our muscles get stronger and though we continue to have to work hard, it will begin to feel more natural and easy.
For now, there is a great deal that has been stirred up and is in process of clearing. This is creating some physical symptoms for people, and sometimes making it harder to feel clearly connected to our Higher Selves and Higher Power, by whatever name we like to call that One. I was guided to give you my candle meditation, which many of you have used through this blog. It will help you to connect clearly to your truth, despite the atmospheric psychic debris and the changes you are experiencing. It will help you let go of stuff that needs to clear, and bring you an experience of peace and lightness.
Candle Meditation for Finding Your Inner Wisdom
– Light a white candle and invite the flame to bring to focus the pure energy of unconditional love from the Essence of Truth of the One Source of Life.
– Sit quietly with that light and opening your heart to it, allow it to mirror the light within your new world heart chakra in the middle of your chest. This is a focus of your Inner Wisdom, your unique Essence of Truth, which is part of the One.
– Breathe and relax into that inner light and allow it to grow and fill your whole being.
– Imagine this light going with you throughout your days and nights, carrying your inner truth to support, inspire, guide, and protect you always.
You can do this meditation as a sitting meditation and go as deeply as you like. You could also do it while you brush your teeth and wash your face in the morning, to help you greet the day from a place of inner peace and truth.
