Hello Ascending Friends!
A characteristic of the new world experience is joy. Today I was reminded of that and I feel so alive with it!
Each of us is a unique facet of the eternal Oneness that I often call God, or the Essence of Truth of God. Not someone’s religious idea, but God is one name for the wholeness and intelligence that lives at the core of each created Being. The creation is in process of finding unity with that One within and this process is called ascension.
Wherever we are, whatever we are doing, God is present within us and everything in our environment. But the created experience is only partially awake to that reality, although a little bit more so each day. To awaken that slumbering God within we simply need to remember who we are!
Each of us could own the following: I am a facet of The One, living in a created experience. Whatever I am experiencing right now, I welcome God to wake up within it. If I am feeling angry (or any other negative experience), I remember that I am God and ask God to awaken within my anger; to reorganize that energy so that it can serve the greater good in whatever way it can. I let go of shame and judgment of that feeling and I open to the fact that God – The One, created anger as a part of our earthly experience for a reason. It is the force of change, for one thing, and if I have it, let it be used to bring change for the greater good, or let it be reorganized into something gentler that can help in its own way. I can’t see the big picture of what purpose it is serving; but letting God wake up within it, I can trust that and let it go.
As we are ascending, our feeling experience can change on a dime, because we are learning not to identify with our feelings, but with God within those feelings. Not only can this bring toxic emotions, thoughts and attitudes into right relationship with the greater good, it can allow us to have more experience of new world feelings like wholeness, unity and joy.
Knowing who you really are you can invite positive feelings to empower and enliven you. Try asking from deep within your heart to experience the joy of the new world in every aspect of body and soul. A rush of well-being and pleasure fills you when you do! That encounter with joy can bring your whole day into a more new world focus and help you live with greater confidence and ease!
The world is what it is for now, we live here and it is often challenging and uncomfortable. Inviting God to wake up within us whatever we are doing, feeling or experiencing incorporates an essential ingredient into the great mixing bowl of life. This ingredient makes the recipe for life work; without it there is an emptiness; with it there is joy.
