As the influence of the lunar, and later this month solar eclipses provide opportunity to release old baggage, it helps to tune up to a higher vibration so things can release cleanly and quickly.

Try calling on Archangel Metatron who is in charge of our connection to our higher self and the Source.  Ask him to work with your body and aura to tune you up to the clearest vibration that is apropriate for you at this time.  This will lift your spirits and lighten your heart and mind.

To connect with spirit clearly, begin by going within your heart chakra back toward your spine where you will find a sweet clean connection to your inner wisdom.  Center as though you were looking out at life through your inner wisdom, as though your eyes were there, instead of up in your head.  This integrates spirit with your human self.  From that clear place, invite Archange Metatron to tune you up on every level to your new world vibration at the level that is good for you now.
