There are certain symptoms that people are tending to experience as part of this rapidly transformational phase we have recently entered.  Here are some explanations of what is going on and some ways you can smooth the journey for yourself and for others.

Symptoms people are experiencing include: dizziness, anxiety, stomach upset, mental confusion, immune dysfunction, thyroid imbalance, allergies, headaches and more.  Take heart my friends, these are temporary and there are ways you can make this easier.  Let me explain first though, what is going on!  I apologize that it is rather lengthy description, but please bear with me to the end.

Most people that I work with are Divine Beings, that probably includes almost all those who read my blog regularly.  This is because my job is to help you and part of your job is to help me.  Together we are all unweaving the old world and co-creating the new world.  Divine Beings is a job title.  It is what we call the “Weavers of Reality”, and this is a job that you hold on a Higher Self level of being, so your human self may not be aware of this at all.  Or you may know because you’ve been working with me.

The jobs Divine Beings hold are ancient, going back to early in the evolution of life as we know it.  It’s a bit complicated, but I will do my best within the reasonable limits of this post.  For more insight into this process you can read – or re-read my book Riding the Wave of Change.  That book benefits you greatly by multiple readings.  As you ascend and integrate more of your Higher Self, more of the information can be assimilated through your experience.  Fortunately, it is a short book!

We each began life as the Oneness which I call essence of truth of God.  That oneness still exists within us, but we chose to go on the journey of the old world to create many independent souls.  Our goal was to become many individuals able to co-create, share, and enjoy our uniqueness and the variety of life endlessly.

The old world is a system of illusions of separation from the One, created in many phases and on many levels as a workout gym for building individual souls, soul muscles, and unique capacities.  Now that we’ve built our independent souls, we are releasing the illusions of separation.  We are now ready to learn to hold our sovereign individuality while still being connected to the Oneness that I call essence of truth of God as well as all other individuals and life forms.

The old-world illusions are essentially lies creating limiting layers of separation.  They tell us we are alone here.  That IF there is a “God” it is far away and separate.  And that we are surrounded at all times with competition, lack, limitation, threat, that we have temporary, weak lives that will pass away and we go with them.  In the old world we experience these things as reality, though it is false.  And this is why we are working to strengthen the new world enough that people can let go of the lies and ascend back into unity to experience the joyful goal that has been waiting for us since we began this crazy old world experience.

In the new world essence of truth of God is awake within our individual selves.  We call it Inner Wisdom.  As that grows stronger we begin to merge with our eternal Higher Selves and become Ascended Master Beings.  In the new world we know we are infinite.  We are eternal, safe, and unbreakable.  Our human bodies which have been limited are being transformed into ascended new world bodies.  Because of this we are letting go of the old world illusions, and it is causing us to feel chaotic, confused, fearful, anxious, physically uncomfortable and more.  This change is also calling us to know the security of our Inner Wisdom, Higher Self, our Oneness with everyone and everything and our Unity with essence of truth of God.

As Divine Beings, back at the beginning of time as we know it, we responded to a request of our Higher Selves and essence of truth of God.  We were asked to lay down a part of our being to provide a foundation upon which the old world limitations and separation would be built.  Because the old world is primarily illusion and not real, some element of reality had to be invested as a foundation for it to exist.  You and I, my friends, provided the real foundations on which the illusions were built.  The dark stories of our lives and our past lives are based on the lies which we helped to create for the old world.  To provide this selfless and from the Divine perspective joyful service, we have incarnated into the stories of the limitation we helped create.  This was so that now, when the time is right, we have a deep investment of soul within those illusions to help them heal and ascend.  As we awaken to our truth, those lies lose their foundation and things begin to clear and our old-world dissolves.

Whew!  I know this is deep stuff.  But as you read this, notice within your heart and soul if it resonates as truth for you.  Most of you will recognize yourself in this story.  You have always known within, despite how bad things have been sometimes, that the problems you faced were not true of you.  You’ve known somehow that you are eternal, safe, and unbreakable, though you may often have despaired of that, you have never completely lost that calm reality somewhere deep within you.

The work we have done in recent times has disarmed more than half of the old-world illusions, or Foundations of Chaos.  For a couple of years, we have rarely noticed them.  We thought those were all finished.  But since the recent election, our work has gone deeper into previously unavailable layers of old world.  Now a whole new wave of those foundations have begun to emerge to be transformed, healed, re-contracted to help build the new world instead of holding the old illusions and lies.

When we first discovered the Foundations for Chaos and our roles as Divine Beings, I and my students noticed the symptoms which I mentioned earlier.  We learned that as these parts of our eternal selves are released from their jobs holding the old world they felt like huge sea creatures moving under the “boat” of our lives.  We felt dizzy, felt waves of energy moving through powerfully, sometimes nauseous.  This would come up during classes a lot, when our work would release a big old-world block, and suddenly many of us would feel these discomforts.

We learned to give these Foundations for Chaos, which are parts of our eternal selves, back to essence of truth of God to heal and ascend them back to their true selves.  To help them remember they are part of the Oneness and not really the nasty separating, darkness they have helped to hold.  This is a joyful release for us and for the world!

Our work with ascending our ego over recent months is partly responsible for this new wave of shifting, as was our work holding steady in that truth during the chaos and fear of the election process.  Thanks to all of you who have been helping with these things by using the tools I have been teaching and in other ways of your own as well.

Prior to Foundations for Chaos, the first foundation of the old world was laid which in the Qabalah Tree of Life is called Daat.  Daat is a tear in the fabric of reality that creates a chasm between the old world and our eternal Oneness.  This blocked our passage back into Oneness until we had mastered individuality.  Divine Beings manifested Foundations for Chaos within this void to create the old-world challenges.

All of the spiritual energy systems and the subsequent experiences  which created our old-world journey were intended to be temporary.  Overcoming them is what happens as we master our individuality.  This happens as we utilize the challenges we’ve contracted for to grow strong and individuate.  Then we get to release the trauma of the past to embrace trust in our true identity and own our unity with Inner Wisdom, which is one with our Higher Self, and one with the One.

I have observed those who have been working with me making fantastic process on this journey of ascension.  I honor your hard work and the increased strength and balance you show when facing challenges of the old world.  This recent election phase really showed what we are made of.  Unconditional love was held despite intense stressors and reasons to judge, hate and fear.  And I see people continuing that, which may be the value of our current government transition.  People will need to continue to hold steady and grow our new world truth rather than relax in a gentler political/social climate.  Since we need to grow stronger, I think we may assume the election results were what we needed.

The set of instructions I am going to give you next will help you hold steady and strong.  The anxiety people are feeling is a combination of transformational change releasing the Foundations for Chaos.  And it also is people worried about what will come in the next four years socially and economically.  It was going to be challenging for half our country regardless of who won.  This is our destiny – to let go of trust in the old-world government, economy, whatever; so that we can embrace our new world reality by co-creating unity and unconditional love first in our own hearts and souls, and then it will manifest in our larger world.

Daat was a vast void and it is being healed now and filled in with the new world!  However, this recent phase has revealed a new layer of cracks in our world aura which are part of Daat.  When we feel anxious, fearful, judgmental, or worried, those cracks open up within our energy field and we feel the effects of the Foundations for Chaos creating waves of dizziness and the other discomforts and symptoms I’ve mentioned.  Fortunately, there is a fairly easy way to address this.  Like most of what I teach there is the simple way that I can share in this format.  Those who have studied with me through The Healer Development Program will understand how to do a deeper layer of work.  And those who are taking my Advanced Ascension Classes will have a more up to date set of tools to use as well.

For everyone, here are the basics of how to balance Daat when you feel wavy, dizzy, fuzzy, fearful, angry, or like you are coming down with something etc.

Balancing Daat:

1 – Breathe into your body and give yourself a big inner hug.  Squeeze your feet, legs and glutes a bit to make sure you are centered in your body.

2 – Allow your breathing to carry your focus to your open heart chakra in the middle of your chest.  Center there, allowing your heart to open back and front.

3 – Deep within your open heart is your eternal focus of self which I call your Inner Wisdom.  Find that focus which will give you a feeling of something true and clear within your symptoms.  And from there do the next step.

4 – Ask that Archangel Liestrom – who is in charge of Daat – would surround all Daat and its cracks within your aura and life.

5 – Ask Archangel Liestrom to work with essence of truth of God to clear you of all junk received through Daat.

• And then ask that Daat will be balanced so the cracks close.

6 – Ask that Archangel Liestrom and essence of truth of God would help heal and ascend Daat so that our world can become whole and in unity in the new world.

7 – Breathe and relax and hold your center and focus until you feel clear and whole again.

8 – Invite essence of truth of God into the areas of concern in your life and release your fears, worries and problems into the vast field of unconditional love which this Oneness is and which you are an eternal part of.

It will help to continue using the centering tools which I have been teaching during the election period.  That will create enough stability within you to prevent most of the chaos from bothering you.  However, it’s good to balance your Daat as part of that daily work to prevent the chaos that happens when it opens.  Simply ask Archangel Liestrom and essence of truth of God to be in charge of your Daat, to clear, balance, and heal it so it stays closed despite the challenges of your day.

Know that what you are experiencing is positive change, though it may look and sometimes feel like a mess!  Staying focused in unconditional love and connected to Inner Wisdom will allow you to get through this with increasing confidence and ease as you ascend!
