We are now entering the next passage in our personal and world ascension process. To assist you to handle this massive phase of change, I have a valuable tool to share.

We’ve been working with ego ascension, and this is a continuation of that process. The tool I am going to share is one which will build the strong foundation needed for this next step.

For years I’ve been teaching unifying spirit and earth through the metaphorical exercise that I call “Be a Tree”. This has helped us to begin fulfilling our purpose on earth of holding unity to generate the raw material that life is built of which I call Holy Spirit or Force of Unity. When spirit and earth are unified through an individual incarnate on Earth, that wonderful substance is built allowing our Higher Selves, which are one with the Oneness of All, to co-create life within and through us for the world. Today’s tool builds on that earlier tool to multiply the affect exponentially.

I call the Oneness of All “essence of truth of God”, (abbreviated as: et of G) but you can call it whatever feels right. This Oneness is the source of all life and is present within all of us. When we anchor into it above and below as in our Be a Tree exercise we feel the connection to that core, safe, free, unconditionally loving presence that we know within our own deepest true nature. This helps us to reach through the limited old world human ego and remember our eternal true beingness as part of that One.

For today’s work we are going to access et of G in all directions. When we work to do that, we will reach through the denser elements of our humanness until we find that clarity and unconditional love which is our true nature as one with the One. It is a distinctive energy, which if you aren’t already able to recognize reliably, you can grow that skill through this work.

Doing that strengthens the Holy Spirit/Force of Unity within our bodies, auras, emotions, minds, egos, souls, and spirits. It flushes out the old-world blocks and baggage much more quickly. This creates space for the new world body, emotion, mind, ego and soul to grow stronger within us, helping us heal and ascend into the new world. I’m calling this work The Awakening to Wholeness Tool.

The Awakening to Wholeness Tool:

1 – Breathe into your body and give yourself an inner hug from the bottom of your feet to the top of your head. Love yourself unconditionally as you would a favorite person, child, or pet. Hold this until your heart opens. Many find this challenging sometimes more than others, so take your time.

As your heart opens you come into the presence of your Inner Wisdom, which is a seed of your Higher Self planted within you in each incarnation.
Your Higher Self is a facet of the Oneness of essence of truth of God, and so is your Inner Wisdom.
This is your tuning fork to find essence of truth of God in other ways.

2 – When you do Be a Tree, you access essence of truth of God above through your crown chakra and let it enter and fill you, joining with your Inner Wisdom within your heart chakra.

In working the top of your tree in the Be a Tree tool, the experience is described as welcoming et of G from above through the new world sun and allowing it to pour into your aura like sunlight being received by leaves and branches of a tree and nourishing the whole tree with that.
Take time now to open your heart to that pure source of life. Sense it as a clear focus above you of light and unconditional love, like the sun, but more purely spiritual.
Let the energy of perfect unconditional love fill and enliven you. Awakening you to that clear true beingness.
Hold this experience of unity with that clear unconditional love within your heart, until you feel that the truth that your Inner Wisdom and et of G are One unity of unconditional love.
Your whole self may or may not feel like that yet. But the resonance and harmony of Inner Wisdom and et of G should be a strong connection within you, and it will grow.

3 – Next access et of G from below you and welcome it in to nourish and enlighten you.

In Be A Tree this is described as remembering your deep wide roots which fill the bottom of your aura. Welcome et of G to rise up through your roots. Let its unconditional love fill you.
Go one step further than our tree exercise to reach down through those roots to sense et of God as a focus of clear unconditional love below you. Take time to allow yourself to find and experience this.
Feel the unified harmony as its love joins with your Inner Wisdom and fills your body and aura.

4 – Expand your awareness of et of G below your root and above your crown while holding the focus of Inner Wisdom within your heart.

So your whole body and aura are blessed by receiving this love and wholeness and you are simultaneously aware of the higher vibration of et of G below and above and Inner Wisdom within your heart.

5 – Now you are likely sensing the gifts of Be a Tree in a more profound way. You recognize that our goal is the awareness of the One and how it is a bigger focus of our own Inner Wisdom within. How these focuses are lighter and clearer than our human self but can tune our human self into harmony and unconditional love. This raises us into unity and helps us ascend.

6 – Continue to hold your wholeness like a tree.

Your Inner Wisdom is your eternal true self within you. Identify with that focus within your heart chakra.
Staying grounded like a tree, reach out toward the back of you through your body and aura to about an arms length behind you – if you had an arm coming out your back!
Let inner wisdom reach through the back of your body and aura to find et of G. Keep reaching until you find the resonance of essence of truth of God as you found it below and above you. Welcome it to pour into you from that direction. Let it fill you and join with the unconditional love from et of God within, above, below. Hold the new wholeness you feel accessing that also from behind you.

7 – Reach in all directions and welcome et of God to fill you from each as you did behind in #6.

Work to do this in front of you and to the left and right of you.
Seek the clear unconditionally loving focus of et of God in all those directions and let it fill you.
With each addition feel your increased strength and wholeness.

8 – Center within the wholeness of self you have created. Let old world negative things clear as you focus and tune in this new world way. Let healing and wholeness grow within you.

9 – Let yourself return to the Be a Tree way of being, but with added strength through the unconditional love, and unity flowing in from all directions.

Imagine yourself going through your day holding this wholeness and strength.

This is a great tool to begin your day. Many of my students also have higher level skills for their morning setup. Those who do can integrate this idea into that, perhaps adding trees to those other focuses of et of God in all directions if it feels good to do so, or whatever feels helpful to you.

Holding this unity generates Holy Spirit/Force of Unity strongly, allowing your Higher Self to support your health and all aspects of creating a strong and balanced wholeness for life and ascending. This in turn provides stability for our world so world healing and ascension can happen more smoothly and easily. Thanks for your help!
