Today’s post begins with a kind of “spiritual anatomy” lesson.  As our world ascends, there is more and more that we can grasp about it.  Meditating on this during my morning walk I found enlightening.  So, while some of it may be familiar, expect both nuances and significant things to be new.  The background anatomy is needed to explain the soul-rotation theme of this post.

Your Higher Self is your own unique facet of the Oneness from which all life springs.  This is you in eternity.  In this lifetime, your Higher Self planted itself as a seed within your soul when you incarnated.  We call this seed Inner Wisdom, and you could call this “me” because it is your true self within this life.

Your soul is a special type of body able to hold your spirit, and ultimately your Higher Self as you ascend, within the world of your physical body, emotions, and mind.

Each lifetime is a soul-building adventure, always increasing the range of skill, strength, enlightenment, and mastery that will ultimately become available for your Higher Self to act through as your vibration is clear and high enough for that.  Over all your lifetimes you have built a complex soul, with unlimited abilities available as needed.  It is present at all times on higher vibrational levels.  But when you incarnate you only bring along what is needed to fulfill your contracts within that life.

Your body, emotions, and mind are forms built of earth and which carry the soul which animates it.  When the soul is present, the body is alive.  When it is not, the body dies.  When the body dies, your soul and Inner Wisdom are free of its limitations.  These parts of you continue on eternally, carrying forward the gifts of soul which have been built during the incarnation.  This is a simplification but correct enough!

Ascension is a process where our souls are rising in vibration to be able to unify with essence of truth of God and our Higher Selves.  This unification becomes a partnership of co-creation which we call Ascended Mastery.  As that occurs our bodies and our planet are also rising in vibration, so they too become part of that eternal unity and wholeness co-creating life.

This time of ascension fulfills the purpose of the old-world journey.  What was created through separation and suffering (learn more about the why of that in my book Riding the Wave of Change) now is healed and ascends into unity and wholeness to join in co-creation.  This too is a simplification, but close enough to explain the process in general.

Now, to get to the point of this post!

The vibrations of Earth, bodies and souls of all life forms are rising with amazing grace and speed.  As that occurs there is a lot of change occurring.  What has been old and stuck – planned that way for the old-world journey of soul building – is being cleared easily and rapidly setting us free to enter the new world experience.  Our Higher Selves are eager to be here to help us!  One of the changes which we are undergoing is called soul rotation, which is making it increasingly possible for our Higher Selves to have the vibrations and complexity of soul to be present and co-create through our present lifetimes.

Soul rotation is where higher vibration soul energies are integrating into our soul bodies within this incarnation and old, lower vibration, or broken aspects of soul are clearing.  So, out of the huge body of soul we have built in all our lifetimes, we are integrating the parts of our soul which are contracted to step in at this time to participate and aid in the ascension of our bodies, souls and world.  This raises our consciousness and vibration, allowing us to respond to life in new ways.  It expands us to be able to hold more of our true selves, so we become more skillful and masterful in the ways which we need.

Soul rotation has been happening increasingly over the past few hundred years.  Beginning in tiny increments, it is now becoming a significant transition.  I’ve been supporting and watching this as it has progressed in recent years and I’m excited about what is happening now!

I recommend taking time to do spiritual work every day so that you can easily move with these changes and welcome the greater enlightenment that they bring.  You can easily include spiritual work with your physical exercise if you like active meditation.  Or make time for quiet mediation if that works for you.  My website video gallery and store have great tools for you to assist with this.

The beauty of this shift is beginning to show for the whole planet.  I am observing it in spirit, and I’m truly blessed to help midwife this transition for our world.  Thank you each for your contributions as you let yourselves ascend and increasingly hold unity between unconditionally loving levels of spirit and our Earth which supports ascension for all.
