Every morning we wake up in a different world.  Micro-shifts are occurring on every level of body, soul and planet.  Those shifts are moving us into the new world gradually, so that we can ride the waves of change as smoothly as possible.  And they are accellerating, which is what this post is about helping you handle!

Each morning when I wake up, I work with Inner Wisdom and Higher Self to become aware of the shifts which are needing to happen to co-create a smoother entry into the new reality of today.  Also to pave the way for what will shift between now and tomorrow.  It is almost always surprising and pretty amazing.

Each week I receive guidance about how to help you respond to the changes; in ways that will make it easier for you to live on the new levels of reality which are opening within and around us.  To help you to hold your life together and adjust more smoothly to circumstances.

Change is accelerating and some days it feels scary to people, because we don’t know what will happen next.  We are having to find a deeper trust in our true self that I call our Inner Wisdom which is an inner focus of our eternal Higher Self.  That trust becomes an anchor, giving us security within our changing world.

Minds are inclined to react old world, and try to control.  Emotions tell us change is dangerous, making us want to seek comfort. These things may incline us to self-medicate to calm us down, or look for comfort in the wrong places.  The place our mind and emotions can find reassurance is through spiritual work which anchors us into true self and the security there is strong, supportive and protects us.  It lets us respond to life with Higher Intelligence and unconditional love.  Shifting identity from human ego to Inner Wisdom which is one with our Higher Self, is how we enter the new world. Unity between our human selves and our unique, individual divine selves is the ultimate goal for the entire journey on Earth. We are on the cusp of fulfillment of that.

The spiritual work I am writing about is what helps you remember and identify with the higher intelligence and unconditional love within you, which is eternal, safe and unbreakable.  Each of us has a unique focus and purpose in eternity, based on our unique essence in spirit.  Shifting identity to that is how we enter the new world.

Gratitude is an amazingly simple tool that brings us out of fear and into new world focus.  Gratitude for everything.

The reason this is so powerful is that gratitude awakens trust and confidence in ourselves and in life.  We can easily turn our gut fears and mental manipulations into peace by making the statement:

Thank you for this.

There is a purpose behind each opportunity and each situation.  We can react as victims, or we can align ourselves with the higher purpose by choosing to say thank you.  Acknowledging that “my higher self brought me here for a positive reason and will guide me through it”.  Then we become part of the fulfillment of purpose and resolution of problems.  Change can happen for good when we hold this attitude.  It may be hard, or it may be easy, but it will bring about amazing gifts that we need.

Gratitude lifts us out of despair and into unity with our innate power and strength.  From that place we can partner with Inner Wisdom deep within and Higher Self who is one with the Oneness of all.  Then wisdom and unconditional love will flow through our lives to co-create the needed growth within us and the perfect solution to whatever we are dealing with.

We can position ourselves to respond to life from this new world strength at the start of our days.  Each morning when we wake up in the slightly new reality that day brings,  we can say thank you for this day and everything in it.  Thank you, Inner Wisdom and Higher Self, for co-creating with me what is needful through unconditional love and for the greater good.

You can do this as what I call a “morning setup” to partner with Inner Wisdom and Higher Self to co-create the day ahead.

There are many other ways to do a morning setup that can anchor you even more comprehensively into your wholeness and unity with true self, if you would like to do that.  For years I taught “Sacred Space” as a morning setup.  It is available on my website store on MP3.  More recently I have created Eve’s 3 Most Important Things Video Series – video #3 combines what you learn in the first two and another piece for an excellent morning setup.  If either of these work for you, feel free to use them.

I prefer to rotate what I do for my morning setup, tune-up and workout!  Anything which strenghthens my unity and harmony with Inner Wisdom and Higher Self.  But whatever is right for you, please do something at the start of each day that helps you put on your new world self and co-create your day from your true identity.  Then you will be less likely to go into fear, anxiety, self-doubt and judgment.  It will be easier to stay in unconditional love and gratitude!  You will increasingly be living in the safety of your eternal true self, where everything unfolds for your greater good.
