The other day I was guided to join my power animal and my Angel Self for amazing results!

Power animals strengthen our instinctual, physical, and vital energies.  Angel Self restores innocence and unity with Higher Self which is one with the One.  Joining them together clears blocks out of the deep unconscious that have been holding us in old world reactivity and judgments.  This work strengthens unity between body and Higher Self which speeds healing and ascension.  This is a powerful combination!

Using this tool for world healing and ascension I find that a lot of the really dark and dangerous energies have been coming into unity and being released out of the world, where they are no longer needed.

Many of my readers are familiar with how I teach people to work with each of these tools. For those who are new to that, I give instructions.  Here’s what you will need:

1 – You may use power animals you already have for this exercise.  However, it is often useful to do a journey to find a new power animal at times when you are making a big new step.  Each animal spirit brings unique strength and wisdom to our lives.  You can have many different ones to use when their specific gifts are needed.  If you don’t yet have my Power Animal MP3, you can get it on my main website store  www.spiritualhealers.com/store

2 – Your Angel Self is well known to most of you through my teaching.  It is an early incarnation of self which occurred prior to entering the separated old-world experience.  It has held unity, innocence, and unconditional love for you, while it waited to join your human experience.  That became possible about 20 years ago.  Your angel self recalls you to your innocence, unconditional love and unity and is a huge help with healing and ascension.  If you could use some help to access your Angel Self read my post “An Angel for Everything”.  You can find that by entering the title into any search box on this site.

Once you have your power animal and your angel self you are set to go!  I’ve never taught this before because it is new for me and something I do naturally.  So, I will do my best.  But if it’s not clear enough, please comment at the end of the post and I will reply quickly to clarify my instructions!

The Exercise:  Bringing Together Your Power Animal and Angel Self.

1 – When you merge with your power animal(s) allow yourself to receive the energy up from below.  It rises from the essence of truth of God (clearest focus of the One available at present, beyond people’s limited ideas about that) through the new world earth.

• Let yourself be wild for this, let your animal, instinctual power fill you with physicality. Be uncivilized for just a few minutes. You will love this!

2 – Once that energy from below is strong, open your heart and crown chakras to welcome your angel self to merge with you, body, and aura and to join with the earthy animal energy you have generated from below.

• Feel the wholeness within as they come together.
• This will be easy to do usually. But if it feels like it won’t connect, work holding your ground while opening your heart and crown wide until unity happens.  Something may need to clear first to allow them to join.

3 – Once unity occurs you will feel things shifting in a good way.  If it is uncomfortable for a bit, don’t worry, keep your heart and crown open and stay grounded in your power to let blocks clear.

• Working this way can bring up some of your darker baggage. Know it is already forgiven and let unity restore you to wholeness, and unconditional love.  Stay in identity with your innocent angel self and unity with Higher Self as you let go of fear, judgment, shame, blame or guilt.

4 – You can also use this technique within specific problem areas of your body or life, to speed healing and ascension.  So, if you want to work on a back problem, bring the power animal and angel together within your back where it needs help.  It will always help to do an overall merge like in steps 1 and 2 before working specifically.  But if you are short of time, just go right to where it is needed.

• Using this in your body speeds healing and ascension exponentially.
• You can also use this technique relative to circumstances where you feel stuck. Imagine yourself in those circumstances after you’ve merged angel and power animal.  Hold that unity and feel fear and weakness leave while strength, wisdom, and love increase.  Imagine facing the situation in unity with Higher Self and your strength.  This will help you act from strength and unconditional love for yourself and for others, moving you out of conflict and into right relationship and greater harmony.

5 – For my students who know Qabalah – As noted in the past two week’s blogs, the tear called Daat is actively healing.  For those who can, I recommend that everything you do spiritually, including your morning setup, also be done within Daat for now.  It is quickly becoming whole.  But you will feel better benefits when you work there and then rebalance it.  Then refocus back into your whole self, letting that tear be closed and balanced.  Archangel Liestrom will help with Daat work.
