I felt new strength from so many of you choosing your new world focus over the past week!  Since then there has been a profound level of clearing.  Many things that were stuck from the old world  are easier to shift now and I’ve found this new simple and potent way of healing that I will share in this post.  Thank you for your help!

We are living at the border of the old and new worlds.  Both exist within us.  Becasue we are shifting our ego identity to new world, the old-world is losing strength and begining to dissipate.  Yeah!  Here is a way that you can work with clearing, healing, ascending, and manifesting that is easy to do from your newly claimed new world focus!

I’m going to use some terms that may at first seem odd choices for what I am suggesting to do.  But it is necessary for you to understand the very intimate unity you will be creating through this work, so I am using words like mate and marriage.  I think it will make sense in the context of unifying spirit and earth.

For example: Say you have a sore joint, a skin lesion, a negative emotion, thought or attitude, a circumstance that is challenging or a significant person in your life who is irritating or that you want to be present for in an important way.  Or maybe you are looking ahead at what you need to do in your life and want to co-create a new world experience and success.  Anything can be worked with through this simple approach I am going to teach next!

Spirit and Earth Co-create Beauty Technique:

1 – Center within your Inner Wisdom and ground. This is essential because in order for the co-creation of beauty to happen you need to get your spirit (Higher Self and Inner Wisdom) and the earth of your body connected to the Earth of the planet.  This generates the substance that life is built out of within your body and aura.  It is the medium of co-creation and healing.  I call that Holy Spirit/Force of Unity.

Video #3 contains it all and the first two give details. Holding this kind of center and ground is something to practice daily until it is your first nature.  Then co-creating life becomes so natural and easy!

2- Once centered in Inner Wisdom and grounded hold that focus and open heart and then, bring a secnd focus of Inner Wisdom to the place in your body where you feel a need for physical healing, or feel the emotion or tension of an issue.  Or if it is a circumstance around you in your life, center within yourself and then in imagination enter yourself within that circumstance, past, present and/or future.

• To simplify the image of this, let’s say the issue is joint pain or weakness.
• Bring your focus of self, which is your Inner Wisdom to center within the joint but maintain your ground for your whole self in your whole body and open heart as well. So, you are holding a double focus: your whole self and also within your joint (or whatever you are actually working with).
• With focus centered within that joint, invite your Higher Self to “mate with that joint to create something beautiful”. You can also use the term marriage, but mate is so physical it gives you a clearer feeling of the necessary joining and intimacy.  This is co-creation!
  • I use the term “create something beautiful” because it allows your Higher Self to do what is needed there, without your specifying what you want.
  • Your Higher Self will always co-create with you what is optimal within any situation. If you hold too strong of an idea of what it should look like you can block that or slow it down.  Trust your Inner Wisdom and Higher Self to do what is needed.
  • Then sometimes you may also feel guided to ask for something specific because it is intimately right as part of your job within the work you are doing. Lightly bring that intention into the focus or your joint or whatever you are working with.  Then sense if it connects and helps the co-creation happen.  You will know it because the energy will shift in a good way.  Then let go but stay centered in your double focus of Inner Wisdom and ground while you allow whatever needs to occur to do so.
  • Alternately you can ask for what you think you want to happen, but don’t push it. Hold the thought and allow your Higher Self and Inner Wisdom to join with you to support it.  If after a minute the energy doesn’t shift in a good way, then let it go.  It may feel blocked or like nothing at all.  Then you can meditate on whether it is not the right time yet, or not the right request.
  • I really like the “create something beautiful” request because I find it is effective, feels joyful, and brings an immediate response of co-creation of what is needed.
• Once may be enough, or continue your work if it still feels more is needed by doing this again later. It could be once a week, or it could be a few times a day.  See what seems right to you.  Each time you will be co-creating what can be done next.
  • Remember to keep your work light and focused without pushing your agenda. Let your Higher Self and Inner Wisdom co-create beauty and magic on your behalf!
