I’m sure you know what it is like to catch yourself walking down the sidewalk looking at the ground, lost in your head.  And then it suddenly occurs to you to wonder what is going on around you, so you look up!  There you find trees, birds, sky and so much more.  As you continue looking up your heart begins to open and be refreshed, lifted out of your daily grind and worry into a beautiful moment.

Our focus of life has been stuck in the old world, much like we get stuck looking down on our walks.  A whole beautiful experience is waiting for our attention!  It is the new world and it is present with us now on Earth. You can welcome this new awareness of unity, wholeness, unconditional love, hope and so much more by simply adjusting your focus to be there.

How to explain to you the method of adjusting your focus???  It’s such a simple thing really, and so intimate.  But I will try to explain my way and hope it either gets you there or helps you to find your own way to the experience.

For me, I ground and center in the moment.  I look up from my feet and accept whatever I find where I am.  I open my heart to my connection with Inner Wisdom, Higher Self, and the Oneness of life.  Then I welcome myself to enter the new world experience.

When I do, I feel lifted and embraced.  More alive and connected to myself and to everything else as well.  Connected in appropriate ways.  In the new world everyone is sovereign.  They are completely themselves and not needing anything from others, and they don’t need to download their burdens onto other people’s shoulders.  There is a sweetness and clarity that says to me “Each manifest being of life is divine, whole, uniquely themselves and okay”.  This beautiful new reality is such a relief!

If you are new at trusting your perceptions of the energy of life and of others, that’s okay.  This might be a perfect way to practice focusing to develop your awareness of what may at first seem subtle.  With practice it will become hard to miss.  It is retraining your focus lens onto a new reality which you may not have been aware of before, but which is more real than what seems so important in the old world human focus of life.

What is so exciting is that the new world has become significantly stronger in recent months!  If you’ve tried before to sense this new reality with limited success, try again.  Soon we will be able to own this new truth of life in every moment.  Within that experience we will eventually learn a new way of living and being on Earth without war, hunger, fear, hatred, judgment or lies.  It seems like a lot to ask, but this is what we were designed for and it is our current evolutionary task to enter the new world.

What we need most to build now is the ability to sense and focus our life in the new world.  It is a joyful meditational practice to do this whether sitting, walking or while doing anything at all!  Practice will build these new world muscles allowing us to enter the new reality and live there.  It is a choice we can make each day as we awaken.  “Let me enter and live within the new world increasingly today”.  You will feel the lift of that, and it will put a smile on your face and your heart.  It will add buoyancy to your day.  Co-creation will feel natural in that state.  Less looking at the sidewalk and the gloom.  You can look up and be lifted into the new world.
