The Earth is grateful to you and asked me to tell you how much you are loved.  This was my instruction when I asked what you needed to hear today!

There was more as I meditated on this message and wondered about this gratitude… It has to do with the strength you have generated so far on your journey of ascension into the new world.  Then I perceived a huge wave of change swelling up from the Earth and into our legs and bellies.  Arriving at that point it seemed like rich fertile soil of the new world that stayed with us, rather than washing on like a wave would.  This rich substance has the purpose of growing new world ego within those who are ready for it, and ultimately all humankind.

New world ego holds unity with Inner Wisdom and Higher Self and knows its true purpose in each moment.  It is going to displace the shallow, vulnerable, insecure old-world ego that we have struggled with emotionally, mentally and spiritually up until now.

The work we have been doing together as you have read and worked with these posts and my classes, published articles and book have significantly helped lay the foundation for this shift to occur.  In preparation for this shift it will help to continue that work of grounding, centering, tuning, clearing and focusing our Inner Wisdom to co-create our moments.  This new wave arrives for each of us in our own right time.  Probably within the next 4-6 weeks most people reading this post and many others will feel a new powerful ground and strength within ourselves.  This will begin displacing our old-world ego which may initially cause us to experience emotional, mental and spiritual baggage as it is brought to the surface to clear.  Holding centered, grounded and as secure in our new world selves as we can, will allow us to process what needs to be processed and let go the old baggage as easily as optimal.  We want to primarily focus on our new world selves and not get identified with what is old and needs to clear.

Shifting ego focus this way is tricky because ego is our human identity.  We may not always be comfortable with it, but it is who we have thought we were throughout our lives.  But it has been a story about us, not the real thing.  Like all stories it has had positive and negative elements and experiences.  It has caused us to grow strong in many necessary ways.  It has been an important part of the old-world journey but now it is time for us to change, and we are doing it!  Doing our work in preparation for this shift will help us to stand strong and receive the gift more easily.  If we don’t, we may feel displaced, lost, lonely, depressed, purposeless because we will be focused in the part of us which is passing away.

Oh, yes, those feelings are likely to come up for almost everyone during this shift, but they will be passing away, so don’t get stuck in them!  Those symptoms will be part of your job, not your fault or any kind of failure.  It will be a clearing of toxic states of heart, soul and mind.  So, work now on building your new world identity in preparation so that when that old stuff begins to clear you can stay centered and grow stronger.  You will be able to remember who you really are and treat that stuff as a younger part of you needing to be loved into a more mature state.  Or alternately as just stuff that is ready to be let go.  This will help the old ego pass away as we own the new world ego which is coming in ready to grow super strong in the very new future!

When you work with your new world focus it plants seeds of your eternal true self into the rich new world “soil” which is coming up soon like a wave from the Earth below our feet.  I see these seeds growing into beautiful, sparkly, colorful, and fresh energies of life for you!  This will help you let go of that old world suffering and enjoy the gifts that are awakening within, for you and ultimately for everyone in their right time.

As I look at my vision, I see us doing a kind of spiritual Tai Chi.  We are holding a deeply grounded pose with feet firmly planted and knees and hips soft.  This is a metaphor but can help us to understand how to receive this ascension wave of new life into legs, pelvis, and belly.  To greet it with open heart and mind.  To hold unity with Higher Self from below and above us.  Standing like a great tree generating a lot of sacred energy to co-create the new world within body and aura.

I encourage you to make use of the spiritual grounding and centering tools that you know.  Check out Resources below this post to find powerful tools to help with your prepare for this shift.  It will help so much if you will daily strengthen your unity, wholeness and grounding into new world focus so that when this new wave arrives within your life you will be ready to greet it and enjoy the growth and strength it brings!
