Gradually, every part of your soul and body are being upgraded to a higher level of unity with God within you.  Some parts move more slowly than others, they may need some help connecting at a higher level.  When they fall behind your more advanced levels of self, you may feel some physical, emotional, mental or spiritual discomfort.  Below is a simple tool to facilitate ascension and healing in those slower elements of being.

Breathe into your body and give yourself a hug inside, with the kind of unconditional love you give a favorite child or pet

Step back into yourself until you feel like you are as far behind your spine as in front of it.  This is the center of your aura.  You’ll feel clearer and more whole there.  From that place breathe into your heart chakra in the middle of your chest and then from there ask to connect with your new world heart chakra which is a little bit higher.  Feel the light, joy and clarity of this part of you that knows your oneness with God.

Wherever you feel blocked in consciousness or health within your body/soul can be connected to your new world heart chakra by asking from within that chakra for a line of connection to be sewn between the new world heart chakra and the blocked area.  You can use your finger to point to your  chakra until you feel an anchor there, and then draw a line from there to wherever you feel the blocked area is.  Hold the focus on the blocked area until you feel it grab hold of the connection.

This will begin an opening to God that allows healing and ascension to happen.  I call the technique sewing.
