For me walking through this ascension journey is such a personal moment- by- moment experience.  It is like walking through the jungle blind sometimes!  There is no set of instructions and no map other than the deep inner sense of what is true and what will work for each circumstance.  Fortunately I’ve had 26 years practice doing that with my healing work, so I have been well prepared for this experience and so far it is going great!

Lately as some higher levels of soul have been incarnating within me and within my students and Ascension Group the learning curve has been steep.  Releasing identification with our old ego and old world experience and being open to really receiving God into our lives on deeper and deeper levels is both awesome and deeply comfortable and a little awkward and confusing at times.

You may recall the times when I have suggested that you step back into yourself until you feel your spine is the middle of you.  That takes you into the middle of your aura.  It is through the central channel of your chakras that runs along your spine that higher levels of truth and soul can integrate into your soul pattern and help you release old world energies.  Always ask that you work with and receive only that which is in unconditional love and the essence of truth (rather than the partial or twisted truth).  Your own higher consciousness is unconditional love and truth.  I have been finding that even the highest levels of soul that I know are ascending to a purer truth!  Everything is moving closer and closer to God whether we can see it or not.  You can trust that and surrender into the greater truth of the moment.
