My recent blog posts prepare you for today’s piece of the puzzle of ascension! Through those posts you’ve learned how to receive your Higher Self into your spiritual aura to tune everything it touches within you including mind, emotion, body and genetics into greater harmony and unity. Now you can begin training the parts of your body to receive and identify with that unity so they can ascend more efficiently and you can be more comfortable within them.
How to do it:
The first three steps below walk you through the basics of what I taught in the earlier posts. If you’ve missed them you can read back through the last two and use the links to earlier posts where indicated to get the details if needed. From the 4th step on is today’s new information.
1 – Breathe into your body and give yourself an inner hug, down to the bottom of your feet. Open your heart and allow its love to fill you.
2 – Squeeze your toes and calves and anchor deep into their bones.
3 – Extend your arms out and sense the perimeter of your aura out to the tips of your fingers. Become aware of your aura that far in every direction. This is the approximate size of your personal spiritual aura.
4 – From deep within your open heart invite your Higher Self to enter your spirit aura. This largest layer of your aura interpenetrates all below it all the way to your genetic material. Invite your Higher Self to be present throughout and tune all it interpenetrates into harmony and unity with your Higher Self. Hold this intention with an open heart until it feels clear and settled and alive to you.
5 – Breathe intro your body again and let your self-awareness enter your whole body. This is a little hard to describe so if you need more help comment with your question and I will try to clarify. To me this is like I am inside my body and can feel myself in every part and in every direction. I have a feeling aware and am awake inside of myself through my soul’s presence within each part of my body. There is a sense of aliveness, ground, wholeness and some tingling in areas where I am not always anchored or awake. I become aware of tension in areas that I might otherwise overlook. I am aware that I normally notice my body piecemeal, but now I am feeling all of it. Like I am really awake within my skin. Explore this for yourself and see what it is like for you and what works for you to achieve this intention.
6 – Let your Higher Self enter fully into this increased self-awareness. As you hold this you will likely notice things clearing and an increased sense of wholeness and ground. Tensions will release and your body will relax and grow stronger as you hold this unity with practice over time. At first you may just feel the changes which may not be comfortable initially. As your body adjusts to this new energy you will feel better.
7 – Focus again breifly on the spiritual aura that surrounds out to fingertips all around and penetrates each part of you. Then return to being present within your body in unity with Higher Self.
8 – This is an exercise that easily lends itself to times when you are walking, during repetative physical exercise or doing tasks that are physical but don’t require a lot of attention. During those times you can practice this awakening within your body in unity with Higher Self. With practice you can make this a normal way of being that doesn’t require intention at this level.
9 – It is not uncommon for you to have awareness of your body when you are being physical. However in this exercise it is more than that. You are being awake in soul and spirit within your body and beginning to co-create the new world within your body. This will help your body to heal and ascend more efficiently the more you do it.
10 – I have another piece of this training for helping your body to ascend which will stimulate even more healing. I will provide it in the next post.

Second, when I first did this exercise what came from my body was the need to be in homeostasis and a sensation of not knowing how to accomplish that .. Now I understand that I have to really trust my inner self with this process.

Hi Francia 💗 When you say “homeostasis” it brings to mind how sometimes in order for everything to shift, I have to just surrender to a deep stillness and relax, allowing everything to come into its new position/vibration or whatever it has to do following healing work. I wonder if that’s what your body was asking for? And yes, you do really need to listen to your body because it will find a way to communicate what it needs. Sometimes by causing discomfort until you recognize what that part needs to release so it can shift. I’m wondering if this is what you were writing about in your comment? Blessings and love, Eve
