Beloved ONE and Mother/Father God,

Thank you for your love and support through all that transpired in 2022.  Thank you for helping us continue to grow stronger and more whole through the challenges we have faced in this past year.  And for bringing us into the new year in harmony with our greatest good.

In the coming year, help us to grow into greater unity with our Higher Selves physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually.  Let our will, our thoughts, our intentions and our responses increasingly flow from the higher intelligence and love of the aspects of ourselves that are already ascended.

Help us to co-create each moment in partnership with Higher Self and essence of truth of God.

As we ascend, help the shifts to be as smooth as they can be.  Help us to easily let go of what is no longer serving us and to step up to the opportunities that await our greatest good in the coming year.

Bless our world during this time of change.  Help each one to play their optimal role in the transformation.

Help us to be compassionate toward ourselves and all people and creatures as we face the changes that will come this year.

Provide for each of us physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually all that we need.

Recognizing that in the new world, many of the things we have relied on as necessary in the past will be released in favor of co-creation, unity, unconditional love and sovereignty of each individual, help us to embrace each shift toward those goals with comfort and trust.

Help each individual receive forgiveness for ways they have hurt others in the past or within the coming year.  Help us to forgive ourselves and others for hurts given and received.

As we receive greater unity with our Higher Selves during this ascension period, help us learn to rely on the wisdom and love that directs us from that place.  And to release old habits of forcing ourselves and our world into conformity with old-world ideals.

As our bodies ascend from the genetic level up, help us to relax with the temporary discomfort and disorientation that can cause.  Help us to be patient with this process and trust it.  To know when to just let it happen, and when there is a concern that may need medical or healing help.

Thank you for protecting each individual, country and the world, the planet and all creatures and life forms during this time of change.  Protect us from unnecessary struggle, difficulty, or harm.  Give us the strength, courage, unconditional love, and trust to co-create the new world moment by moment.

Protect us from unnecessary harm caused by the self-destructive habits of human society and behaviors and choices from deep within our hereditary lines, genetic makeup, and soul groups.

Help the water, soil, air, and all life forms to heal and ascend.

Help life to forgive and overcome the hurtful choices and behaviors people have been making.  Help us to know there is a purpose behind all of this, and trust that all life is eternal, safe, and unbreakable.

Let 2023 be a year where our unity and wholeness in the new world becomes noticeably stronger than the old-world disfunctions.

Thank you, Higher Self and essence of truth of God, Ascended Masters, Archangels and Angels.  Thank you, all life forms, and your enlightened levels of spiritual presence.  Thank you for everything past, present, and future.  And thank you especially for being with us this year.
