Of the many world ascension projects underway this week, here are some of my favorites!

Ascending all four-legged creatures to greater unity with Higher Self.  Ascending joints (knees and things, not the kind people smoke!) to be able to regenerate. DNA to co-create new world bodies.  Closest to my heart is working with children across the world who are alone, unloved, unsupported, neglected, or abused.  We worked to strengthen their unity with Higher Self and essence of truth of God and to help them release emotional and mental stress and toxic energies.  While this may not immediately change their outer realities, it will give them an inner resiliency.  Deep within they will know they are valuable, loved and eternal.  They will grow an inner sense of trust in themselves and confidence.

The work of ascension is all about becoming whole.  Each of us can play a role in helping the world ascend by practicing holding ourselves in a state of wholeness and unity.  I’ve been teaching this for a long time, and it seems like now may be a good time to explain more fully why and how trees are so helpful for this.  Though working with trees isn’t new to most of you, I hope to be more comprehensive in my explanation of why this works and how to do it in this post.

Trees hold a natural unity between spirit and earth, which generates the substance of life that allows Higher Self and Higher Power to act within the world.  This most fundamental substance could be called Holy Spirit or Force of Unity (for its protective aspects).  Humans hold the potential to embody any gift which manifests on earth.  So when I suggest to people that they practice “being a tree” I am not just asking them to visualize it, but to embody the gifts the tree carries.  Unity between spirit and earth and generating that beautiful essential substance are the primary gifts.  Wholeness, unconditional love, strength, and sovereignty are products of that unity and substance.

Often in these posts, in my classes, the 3 Most Important Things videos and Private Healings I invite you to ask your Inner Wisdom what kind of tree embodies the qualities and gifts that most support you at this time.  I ask you to allow your instinctual and higher selves to bring to your mind and heart the awareness of a type of tree which holds exactly the gifts you need to embody.  You may have many types of trees so others may come as needed.

What a tree can do:

1 – When you let yourself “be a tree” you begin to embody the gifts they hold.  It’s essential to do this not just from your third eye imagining, but with a feeling awareness within your body and aura.  The trunk is like your body, and the roots and branches can support your aura.  The receiving of nourishment from above and below as a tree does, helps you to receive Higher Self and God into your body and aura and generate Holy Spirit/Force of Unity for your life.  Practicing being a tree throughout your day builds the muscle of wholeness and the other gifts the tree you are working with possesses.

2 – Where there is weakness in your body, aura, emotions, mind, or soul you can use trees to claim and grow your strength within those areas.  Weaknesses show up energetically as voids or thin spots in your energy field.  That can create weakness in your body, emotion, mind and spirit and vulnerability to negativity, energy loss or disease.  Asking from your Inner Wisdom for a tree to be within the areas that feel weak or vulnerable does two things:

• It claims that area, which creates a boundary of ownership and begins generating substance of life there. What is not claimed may be fair game for others to use – possibly people, spiritual energies, or disease.  Claiming the area by placing a tree there allows co-creation with Higher Self and essence of truth of God to build a state of wholeness through the substance generated.
• It begins the process of healing and ascension and protects the area as you grow stronger.

When you work with your tree, do it centered in the strength of heart, belly, and body (third eye and mind will help but don’t have the muscle needed alone).  If you aren’t in your body and grounded in the vicinity of the problem area, but only working from mind or third eye, what you try to do won’t hold.  It will be flimsy and dissipate quickly.  Working the way I teach, you will get a significant benefit which will last for a period of time.  Where you are very weak or not very awake within yourself, frequent repetitions of this work will be needed.  Over time the substance of Holy Spirit/Force of Unity will grow and you will begin living strongly in that area.  Then your work will last for a longer period, and you’ll begin holding wholeness out of habit.  This changes the way you experience yourself in the world and the way others perceive and respect you and your boundaries.

Once you realize how helpful trees can be you may want to multiply them within your aura and life.  You can invite your tree to become a forest of trees that surrounds your primary tree.  The forest will strengthen and protect you and generate lots of substance for your Higher Self to live within.  You will become more grounded and will be able to co-create your life more comprehensively.

As we prepare to enter the new year, this work can help you feel more confident, trusting, and strong.  It increases your co-creative potential giving you a potent edge for self-healing, succeeding in work and relationships, and ascending into the new world more fully!
