I enjoyed last week’s comments about my early memories of Lake Superior and the surrounding forest.  It was powerful to return there last week to be healed and taught again.  Lake Superior is a place of great spiritual purity and strength which plays an essential role in healing and ascension. I feel privileged to share what I’ve learned this time!

This was my first time traveling all the way across the UP.  We even crossed into Wisconsin for dinner one night!  I want to tell you about a place where the Black River empties into Lake Superior called Black River Harbor Recreation Area.  We took a walk across the suspension bridge and took the path to Rainbow Falls.  Had I been alone, I would have spent time meditating in this special forest.  It was old growth with a lovely clear story beneath and ferns.  There was a long climb with those wooden box style stairs built into the hillside and then a hike with the sound of the waterfall gradually growing stronger.  Rainbow Falls is a medium size waterfall that does an unusual twist as it descends.  The fall colors were just getting started and it was a chilly day.  The earthy experience was delightful and rich, but I needed the spiritual experience too.

Walking with husband and dog I have learned to meditate on my feet and on the way back I did that.  What I learned this time expanded understanding gained during a visit to Superior the fall prior to COVID.  At that time, I discovered that this Great Lake has a job for ascension which is shared by a few other giant freshwater lakes around our planet.  They hold the purest vibration within the old world to stabilize everything so the world can ascend.  During that previous visit, I was frustrated because it seemed as though everything conspired against my getting close to the lake.  When I finally made it there, I was told not to touch it because for me at that time, it would cause me to ascend too fast.  I need to be here to do my work.  That was interesting!  I’ve since taught my students to use a spiritual connection to Lake Superior as a ground for their own healing and ascension work.

This time, walking through the forest, I became aware that the trees are an extension of the Lake Superior energy.  I observed how both trees and lake hold absolute unity with Higher Power and the earth in the same way an Ascended Master does.  I became aware of the forest and lake as physical incarnations of Ascended Mastery.  That sense of complete clarity, unity, wholeness, unconditional love, and truth is the fulfillment of every longing of my soul.  It is home.

Returning from the falls I took the path to Black River Bay and sat on a log looking out across Lake Superior.  I was able to touch the water and did so several times to make up for last time!  Watching waves splash across the breakwater that creates this bay, I took time to relax into the unity of forest, lake and Higher Power.  I let myself be bathed in the certainty that everything is working out as it should.  That our true spiritual home is present within the world even now.  And to rest in sweet anticipation of the new world experience where everyone and everything is an Ascended Master, co-creating life in unconditional love.

Today as I meditated on how to share this experience with you, I visited the ascended worlds that I work with to help our process here on Earth.  I felt how everyone there is working together similarly to how each tree and each drop of Lake Superior work together.  Each part doing what only it can do, in its own way.  But somehow each part is integrally part of the whole… co-creating the new world.

Thank you for sharing this journey with me, dear friends!  To write these things helps me to more fully embrace the gifts I’ve received and helps to heal me from the discomfort of interfacing with the old world.  In order to help the world heal and ascend, I have chosen to interface between the old and new world.  It’s not my comfort zone, but it is worth it.  Writing these things helps me to solidify that commitment.  Each of us sharing this post are interfacing between old and new world, and each doing our own part for the greater good in our own ways. This is true even when people don’t realize they are helping.  Each of us play an essential role.  I hope my writing helps you embrace your journey with increased confidence and trust.

It is possible to meditate on Lake Superior and the surrounding forest, even if you aren’t there, or have never visited.  Its spiritual energies are strong enough to access wherever you are.  Feel free to give that a try by meditating on its name and opening to the experience that flows to you from this sacred and enlightened lake.  Letting yourself spiritually immerse in that purity can help you to attune to your own purest and most enlightened self.  Unity with Higher Self is a hallmark of the new world experience.
