The new world is being constructed in layers. Each layer makes the new world experience more substantial and comprehensive. There is a sense of it also being exponential, each new layer helping us take a bigger step into unconditional love and wholeness.
The next layer of new world is just beginning to integrate into our experience. I am impressed by how big and strong it feels and how easy it is to perceive. In the past these layers have only been obvious to me once they had already arrived; but this one became obvious more than a week ago when it was just coming into our higher chakras. I feel like it is asking for more of us to work with it consciously instead of just passively because it will bring such significant change. Toward this goal I have organized two groups of Graduate Healer and Ascension Workers who will meet with me over the next month to help this new world layer to be received by our world more easily.
The biggest phase of this shift will occur just following the November election. The shift will use the energy of that time of change to help people step into the new level of potential. When things are unsettled, change can happen more readily. The goal of our work will be to make that change a smooth and natural as possible. We will do this by helping the world to release what is old and ready to clear from people, and then strengthening what is true and growing within us all at this time of ascension. I can see how this new world platform will provide a stable place for people to arrive just when they might fall into chaos following the election. Some will still choose the chaos, but many will step up and find it good to be there.
I am blessed to have a significant pool of people working with me now who contribute their willingness to strengthen the new world experience. Their help provides ballast, focus and energy to help the shifts to occur more easily for all of us. There are opportunities for others to contribute to this as well. Dear Elaine,
I advocate people choosing the level of their participation. Most people are involved and the opportunities for their learning are worthy of that experience. Not participating at all is one way. Being in it in unconditional love is A powerful contribution.

Dear Elaine,
Being in the world in unconditional love applies to everything — everywhere we are. We are all partially in and partially out of the old world and I advocate acting in unconditional love in all things.
I guess I presume that most people will feel a desire to exercise their right to vote and the responsibility it entails. But not voting is a choice too and probably as impactful as actually voting. The question would be if one feels not voting is a way of avoiding the old world. I don’t think it is, because we are still going to live with the results of what happens, even if our not voting shifts the results in a direction we don’t prefer.
I care a great deal about the people who live in the old world consciousness and feel it is necessary for me to vote, even though I am confident everything will work out as it should. I don’t feel it can work out as well as it might if we abdicate responsibility. I also don’t choose to listen to the rhetoric and join the battle. I choose to act in unconditional love to my highest vision of the moment.
