It’s a beautiful day to be alive! Today is the Fall Equinox and the weather here in Michigan has been about as beautiful as it could be; and also the natural world feels peaceful and like home again after a long period of anxiety. So much good is happening even within so much change…it is amazing!
I was reminded on my walk yesterday how when reading someone’s aura, if there is a lot of light pouring or raying out of different places you might think it is good because there is light and energy, but it is more likely that it is leaking which indicates a problem! That brought to mind how it feels kind of like the good in our social structures and the natural world are leaking out through our hands like sand between our fingers. We can’t catch them and hold them together, they simply slip through. We might think this is bad, but it is good! We have to be very careful with our assumptions and judgments, and learn to look at life with an ascension perspective to see what is really going on. Otherwise we are likely to react and try to fight what is happening, and inadvertently block the good that is coming through the process of change, which is opening us to ascension.
For ascension to occur we have to allow everything that we have known to change and become new, thus the leaking is good! Where we are able and willing to participate in that change it goes much smoother than where we are stuck. I have seen gifted spiritual workers who are deeply committed to ascension still have to experience things within their lives or relationships breaking down. Maybe they become ill or lose jobs and security or break a bone because that was the only way a certain part of their change could happen. And I have seen people who appeared to be in dire straights come out of them radiant and stronger than ever because they were so ready for the shift that was needed. Many changes are happening in our sleep. Like children we go to bed one way and wake up in some way entirely new! If you are a parent you will know what I mean by that – kids transform overnight! It is amazing for kids but outstanding when adults can do this, and we are. Because so much of our change is natural and easy you may not give yourself enough credit for what you are accomplishing! But if you look back over the past year, 5 years, 10 years…what do you see? Great change happening, most of it so naturally you didn’t realize it. Some of it catastrophic at the time, but necessary for opening you to ascension.
Wherever the old world breaks down, ascension is happening naturally, like a seed breaking through the newly softened soil to emerge into the light. So where you see things breaking down, celebrate that they are making way for the opening to ascension! When you hold that simple faith you support the entering of Higher Self into that experience and change is smoothed and gentled. What a gift you can be through this loving acknowledgment of truth!
