Finding Strength

The past week has been hugely impactful on the ascension front!  There are some extremely important changes happening throughout the planet right now, bringing light and release of old world negativity from some of the darkest places in our world and within our souls.  I haven’t been given permission to write about these changes explicitly because there is a lot of protection around this process right now, but I look forward to when I can share it with you!

Even though you may not be aware of what exactly is shifting, you probably feel it within your soul and it may be impacting your mental and emotional states or your physical body; causing a sense of excitement and anxiety, freedom and heaviness, joy and sadness, physical improvement and symptoms that aren’t so good.  Don’t worry, you aren’t losing your mind, although you are losing a lot of old world baggage!  Below is a suggestion that may help you to find inner strength and stability while this is going on:

  • Go within yourself in a meditative way and give yourself an inner hug throughout your whole body, as though you were being deeply loving to someone you care about.
  • Allow yourself to settle deep within and relax.  Then call up memories of trees that have awed you, or that have felt like friends, or simply that you have liked.  One by one try them on, as though you were letting yourself integrate the tree into your body and aura.  Do this until you find one that feels just right to you, like it brings balance, stability and strength to hold you strong while the world shifts within and around you.
  • If you don’t have memories of trees, especially, take a walk and do this exercise as you encounter different trees.
  • When you find the tree that feels just right for you.  Ask the Essence of Truth of God (by whatever name you call that One) for a tree like that for your own.  It will come as a spiritual essence.  Welcome it and let yourself feel it fully and strongly, as though it were a physical tree.  Then let it find its right relationship to your whole self for daily use.
  • Remember your tree in the morning as you begin your day and call on it to give you strength and stability when you need extra help throughout the day or night.  Spend time relaxing within its loving, generous, natural and strong energy to regenerate when you feel drained.  I think you will find this to be a great help!
