The amount of change happening on the subtle levels of our personal souls and the planetary soul at this time is making some people irritable and they aren’t always sure why.  Change at this level tends to create a kind of subliminal stress that can come out in irritability and frustration with life.

The long holiday weekend is a really good time to return to an earlier lesson I taught in this blog, which continues to be amazingly simple and effective when we access it for our lives.

There is a river of unconditional love, forgiveness and grace that is flowing from the heart of God and through all creation.  I call it the ascension river and it isn’t a river of water, it is a river of life.  It is providing us with a way to surrender and trust the flow of life and allow the new world energies to carry us into a higher vibration for our lives.

Breathing into your heart chakra in the middle of your chest, let yourself settle back into it, toward your spine.  Ask for your new world heart chakra and feel the vibration lift and clear.  From there open to the ascension river flowing from the heart of God and let it wash through and around you and support you.  Release anxiety, fear, worry, and any issues you have been struggling with into the river to be cared for by God.

In the new world energy, all that we are, have and receive flows from God.  Open to receive the love and support that you need for every aspect of your life.  Let go of the need to control how that happens and open to trust in the provision that is there for your life.

Relax and flow and feel the love.

You can step into that river in the morning as you step out of bed and let it carry you all day.  Then return to it as you settle in to sleep and relax.
