If you are like a lot of people, this year you are missing the warm pull into lightness that comes in spring when it is warm and sunny again.  This is a soul lift, that calls you out of your limited human focus of self to receive the influence of God through nature and the radiation of love that comes with the sun and from the universe.

That influence is still available, but you may have to be more deliberate about accessing it this year, so you can benefit by the expansion, growth and joy it brings.

Even though you may tend to stay inside when it is cloudy and rainy, if you grab your umbrella and take even a short walk, and open your heart, mind and soul to the influence of the season, you will receive an upliftment and feeling of surprising amounts of energy and joy.

Alternately, if you really dislike this weather, you can light a candle and allow its light to strengthen the light within your soul and help it to expand and open to the influence of love and joy that is pouring onto the earth at this season.

This energy is an ascension boost!  When you open up with the spring energy you are like a flower blooming anew with the spring. This will make room for your higher soul energies to enter your body, mind and heart, and help you evolve and awaken your truth within.
