Coming up on the full moon this weekend, there are a lot of emotions growing around issues that are trying to be resolved.  It’s an odd thing with the ascension process that things we used to have to struggle with, now just want to clear.  But we are so used to struggling that we get busy doing that instead of simply letting the energy shift.

Try doing a very simple exercise to help you release stuff more easily than in the past:

– First Center in your new world heart chakra in the middle of your chest (slightly above your regular heart chakra) as though all your energies were being directed from there, rather than your head.

– From your heart chakra Invite God to surround all the energy of your feelings and the circumstances around them, as though in a big soft pillow case of truth and love.  Let that pillow case grow until it surrounds all the energy of the issue.  It may be really big, like generations and lifetimes, so let God define how big it needs to go.  Let God have it all. When it is done you will feel it lift off of you and you’ll feel lighter and clearer.

– If it doesn’t lift, follow your feelings right down into the place in your body where you feel the most uncomfortable around the issue.  Bring the pillow case into that area and surround that place inside you.

– Then ask that God take the healing all the way back to before it was ever an issue, even if you don’t know when it started.  That should bring you relief.

The reason this works is because all that is needed is to bring God into the issue.  Then it begins to resolve.  You don’t need to fight with it.  Often you don’t even need to make sense of it.  Sometimes you do need to understand or to do something.  So if everything above doesn’t quite do it.  Meditate, asking what it is you need to do or understand in order for this to be able to resolve.

Altogether, working through things is probably easier than you think, based on the old way things had to work out.  Shifting into the new world energy of partnering with God in every aspect of your life, you can be confident that things are ready to unfold in a better direction than ever before.  You just have to ride the bumps of the transition with faith.
