At the core of all life from the smallest and most earthly to the biggest and most spiritual there is a level of being so pure I call it The Essence of Truth.  Another word for this is God or Source or The One.  Lately though, I have been drawn to use this term The Essence of Truth and to seek it within myself and all my spiritual connections.

There is so much in our consciousness that has been defined by partial truths or outright lies that as we ascend we have to go beyond what we customarily think and do and seek that pure essence of truth to help us find our way beyond our limited old world beliefs, experiences, concepts and confusion to the next step up on our journey of ascension.

When you are praying, meditating or seeking guidance, you can ask for your connections to be made to The Essence of Truth within yourself first and then to whatever spirit focus you are seeking.  This will make your connections to spirit clearer and more focused in truth.  This seems especially helpful just as you are ready to rise up to your next higher level of vibration and truth.  It helps you focus in that new place and leave the past behind.
