I have a new puppy and as I was playing with him the other day, it came to me that he plays very purposefully.  What struck me was that I need to be purposeful very playfully!

As we undergo change, we can get tense.  Try to relax and enjoy whatever you are doing, as though enjoying whatever you were doing were the purpose of the activity.  I like to think of creating a life that God would like to live, which helps me out when I am being too serious.  Be gentle with yourself as you ride these waves of change.

Everything is ascending on schedule and going as it should, regardless of how it looks, both within your outer reality and your inner one!  We can’t control it all, so maybe we can find some humor within everything and love it for being itself, even when it seems unenlightened or dysfunctional!
