As you ascend in vibration you will likely have an increased awareness of those energies and people in your environment who are not coming from unconditional love.  Some people and circumstances that you always felt were loving may begin to reveal their other side, whether unconsciously negative or deliberately so.  When this happens it can feel disturbing, however there is a positive side that I would invite you to focus on.  What is happening is that you are becoming clearer and more discerning.  Those energies which have misled you into believing them to be truly loving, are testing you to make you grow.  Will you believe your increasingly clear and discerning awareness or will you reject what you know because you don’t want to know it?  If you do the second, there will be opporunities to recognize the negative side that are even more challenging until you get the message.

All things in life are good when looked at from a God’s Eye view.  These kinds of challenges are placed in our life for our growth and as indicators of our process of maturing.  See it that way and respond with love, but self-care in circumstances that don’t have your best interest at heart.  Give thanks for the opportunity to grow and for this indicator of your increased clarity of soul and spirit.  All is well.
