The process continues which I wrote about last post with many new opportunities this week to release those old-world lies, grow greater unity and gain sovereignty.

It is so helpful to recognize how many things we have struggled with that surprisingly are not us at all. It is clear now that most are only mechanisms of the old-world individuation process.  Things we have been identified with, reacting to, or trying to clear which just don’t leave us but become increasingly irritating as we ascend fall into this category, including many physical symptoms of pain and disease.  The cause of these things are probably synthetic, contracted old world tools.  I wrote about that last week, so you can read that post for more about it.

What I want to write about today is more of the personal experience we’ve had with these things and how we can respond in new ways to help them clear.

90% of these things I am going to write about have been contractually changed over the past couple of months, so that they can now begin to phase out of our experience.  Our job as individuals is to stop identifying with them, worrying about them, or fighting with them.   Instead it’s time to refocus our energies to strengthen our true selves.  As we do that we will release the final contractual agreement we have with these old-world blocks.  Their job now is to help us to ascend, and this is how they are doing it – by making it obvious that to strengthen focus in our true selves is the only option which will free us of their presence!

What is surprising about these particular synthetic blocks is that they may seem like inner children, or like emotions and thoughts or spirits which are part of us but they are not!

Over the past century or more, people have increasingly learned to pay attention to their feelings, to stop being sheep and doing what everyone else thinks is right and to begin to be authentic.  The progress has been significant, and much has been worked through.  We have changed individually and socially to be more enlightened, compassionate, self-aware and empowered.  This is all true and positive productive change we can congratulate ourselves on!

Currently those of us who are on this ascension path are running into a level of old-world block which continues to hold the feelings, thoughts, attitudes and limitations we have worked so hard to eliminate and which we feel should be behind us now.  There are levels that feel anxious, worried, angry, hurt, victimized, judgmental of self and others…etc which just don’t go away.  In fact, they have intensified in recent years.  At first it seemed these were reactions to Covid, society, government, the economy, global warming etc.  And this would make sense, looked at objectively.  However, those of us who are interested in these posts and the ascension process know better on so many levels.  We know we are eternal, safe, and unbreakable and shouldn’t be afraid.  We know that what the world is undergoing is essential to ascension.  We have faith and trust in the greater good of the ascension journey and the changes we are undergoing in our lives and world.  The question is: Why do we still have so much inner angst?  The answer is that this is a layer of old-world programming which has been holding us back, but now it is ready to clear.

As we master the task of stepping up to unity with our Inner Wisdom and Higher Self, we no longer need these old-world negativity generators!  So, it’s time to stop focusing on that old stuff when it comes up which only strengthens it.  Don’t fight it or resist it, simply love it unconditionally and stop feeding it.  Focus on building your true new world focus instead.

Here is a simple way to do that in the moment:

• Redirect your attention to your heart chakra and your ground.
  • Breath deeply until your heart opens back and front and your breathing becomes less labored.
  • While doing that, squeeze your leg muscles until you are able to ground into your body.
  • Keep this up until your mind uncramps from fear and you begin to relax into yourself and the fact that in the present moment you are okay even if there are challenges.
  • You are not alone; you are connected to a higher intelligence and unconditional love within you and from spirit which supports you in co-creating life.
  • Stand within your wholeness like a tree with deep roots and high branches grounded into unconditional love.
  • Move forward with your day centered within your body and open heart and keep breathing through any negativity you feel or experience from around you.
  • Trust yourself as you remember you are eternal, safe, and here for a purpose. That everything is here to help fulfill that purpose.

Many of you are my grads and have training in releasing things into care of the Higher Power.  You can treat these synthetic blocks as contractual structures, even if they feel like inner children.  And my long-time readers and Monthlies students have more tools also.  When things don’t respond to your usual tools, you are dealing with a synthetic device which won’t heal, it just needs to be recycled.  Give it to Higher Power and strengthen your unity with Inner Wisdom, Higher Self using any of your many tools for that purpose.
