The astral aura holds feeling memories of everything that we have experienced in all lifetimes.  The combined experiences are like a web of feelings all working together to help us to master our human potential.

Last week we worked with tuning the layers (or bodies) of our aura into unity with our Higher Self.  See last week’s post for the diagram and more about that work.  This week we are focusing on the astral aura.

Ascending our astral aura/feeling nature is a huge wave of change right now for both individuals and the world!  Through this period I am refining my understanding of the astral’s gifts which is making my work more potent and comprehensive – I love that.

Feelings have always been a primary focus of my work.  What I am understanding now is that the feeling self can unify all parts of us.  It can hold us in a negative state, create separation and conflict or it can lift us wholly into harmony and love.  It helps us connect with other people and circumstances both present and around the globe as well.   When focused positively, feelings help us connect with our Higher Selves, intuition and unconditionally loving enlightened guidance.  Mastering this element of our lives is essential to our ascension.

People often swing between the polarities of their emotional/feeling responses to life and the opposite inclination to use our minds to control our responses instead.  It’s common for people to use their mind to suppress feelings and take charge of their life; arbitrarily deciding how things should be and trying to force our lives into “safe” boxes. That never works out satisfactorily.  Alternately people allow our feeling selves to run the show, which can be fun, but dangerous or even destructive at times.  Obviously neither of these polarities can direct our lives effectively.  Even when they try to work together, it is a struggle to make them pull toward a common goal consistently.  A higher focus is needed.

Our spiritual self carries the wisdom and unconditional love needed to guide our lives.  However, both mind and emotion tend to focus on the outer experience and reacting to that, forget the higher focus.  An open heart can work through our feeling self to connect with Higher Self and unite mind and emotions under its guidance.  The astral aura or feeling nature when tuned to Higher Self can be filled with love through the open heart becoming a unifying field allowing body, emotion, mind, soul and spirit to work together.  This is an essential element of the process of co-creating our new world experience with Higher Self and essence of truth of God.

Maintaining unity with Higher Self within all parts of ourselves requires daily practice for things to go well.  When we forget to create that unity, chaos gradually gains control.

Living in Unity Technique:

By opening heart to Higher Self and the spiritual layer of our aura which the largest layer and penetrates through every part of us down to our body and genetic makeup, we can come into unity.  This can become our sense of self instead of a lower mental or emotional focus. (See last week’s post for the aura tuning exercise if needed).  Then by letting open heart pour higher love into our feeling self or astral aura, our mind will also be filled with love and able to rise to that focus.  Give your feelings and mind a few minutes to shift as you hold this open heart connection.  This allows sanity and true purpose to take the reins of our life and make it work better.

Frequent practice of being in unity means when you are faced with struggles you will be a presence of higher intelligence and unconditional love instead of a victim of the circumstances.  It keeps you safe and helps you manifest your greater potential for good.

My world healing and ascension work this week has used the astral or feeling self retroactively across history.  Working where people have been stuck in a network of old hurts and bad feelings that have created long-term conflicts spanning generations and lifetimes between individuals and groups, it felt like things were ripe for healing.  This work has dissolved many webs of hatred, fear and hurt and cleared many huge blocks.  It has disarmed a lot of the roots of animosity, fear and greed which have governed our societies and created wars in the past.

Healing bad feelings held by individuals and groups, the astral aura’s gifts then helped create unity with Higher Self and essence of truth of God.  I have been watching this as it unfolds and loving it.  Angel selves arrived bringing the experience of innocence and unity and their emotional/mental release vents helped to further relieve suffering, allowing people to enter the new world more easily. Whenever I work with individuals in healing sessions or in Monthlies class, I work the network of astral memories across this and all lifetimes.  The issues we face individually are each part of a collective story through family heredity, soul groups and cultural/social history.  Each appointment provides an entry point into that story to resolve the bigger issues which have defined us within our old-world stories.  Each healing is an opportunity to release those issues and seed the new world unity, unconditional love, and wholeness within the lives affected negatively in the past.

It is increasingly important to identify with our Higher Selves, which are easily accessed through our open hearts and the spiritual layer of our aura. They bring wholeness and can unify every aspect of us.  Our open heart working through our feeling selves helps all parts of us to sense this love and welcome the wisdom and guidance it brings us.
