The strength of the new world has grown immeasurably this spring, allowing old world stuff to clear with an ease never before experienced.  It’s like what used to require a giant crane to clear, now just needs a baby finger!

We have turned a corner in the journey of ascension.  Instead of focusing on clearing old world blocks we can simply integrate our Higher Self more fully which causes the blocks to move out of our field of experience.  So, when you need to clear something, practice focusing on the presence of your Higher Self which brings you into the new world so the old can clear instead of struggling with the discomfort of the block.

Here is an easy way to do that, which wouldn’t have worked for most people a couple of months ago!  Where you feel discomfort or negative experiences of body, emotion, mind, soul, or spirit, try using the following statement:

• My Higher Self lives here
  • Claim this truth with an open heart until you feel comfortable and stronger.
  • You can focus the statement right where the discomfort is if you want, and it claims that place causing the old stuff to move out — not because you push it out, but because your truth is growing into the space it used to occupy.
    • If you push, you engage the block and keep it. Instead claim your Higher Self in that space and the block will leave when it has finished its work for you.

This helps because unity with Higher Self is the new world state.  Doing this lifts you from the old, centers you within the new and the old world ceases to exist. So simple!  I like the way it works for physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual issues.  It’s like a universal medicine to cure old world ills!

All old-world contracts were updated as of this spring.  Now they can only affect us if we need their help to grow stronger.  When we no longer need them because we are holding our unity with Higher Self, they will get out of the way so we can enter our new world experience.  For my Healer Grads that I’ve trained to work with contracts, there’s not much needed along those lines now.  It is mostly owning the new world unity that will resolve our issues.

If you have things to learn yet from old-world blocks, you may need to meditate on what is required of you and how to do that.  Usually, it will be fairly simple; then you will be able to let the blocks go as you enter the new world more fully.  The statement I gave in the above exercise will help you more after that learning is finished.  But using the statement will help speed and smooth your experience of  completing the lessons and receiving the gifts from working through your blocks.

Temporarily sometimes, old anxieties may feel contrastingly intense as your new world self grows stronger, so don’t be startled by that.  Keep focusing on owning the presence of your Higher Self which is filled with compassion for you and for everyone.  That will help the anxiety to clear as you enter the new world peace.

Strangely, what is most challenging at this time is learning to stay with the ease and comfort of the new world experience.  It is so light, beautiful, and relaxing that it’s very unfamiliar!  Old-world habits of fear and stress need to be treated with compassion as we choose to claim that our Higher Self lives here.  We are learning to wean ourselves from those responses to life. When you find yourself experiencing the deep of relaxation and safety of the new world, then practice believing it, and expecting it to be yours increasingly.
