The old-world contracts have been fully rewritten at last! Now they can only help us gradually ascend until we can live in the new world fully. There are some final stages of old world still playing out; helping us to complete our lessons and opportunities within that system before it is completely gone. Here is how you can help move us through to completion more easily!
When you find yourself confronted with what you perceive as a problem or threat that brings up emotional and mental reactions these are in need of resolution. Rather than tackling the outer situation head-on to resolve it; take a step back and meditate on your own feelings and reactions because this is the true purpose for those situations. The circumstances of the present are pushing the hot buttons of your past and that is where your first work lies. Once you’ve worked with those left over reactions, then you will be able to make clear decisions for how to respond to the current situation. You may feel it is already complete for you once you are freed from that old baggage, or you may feel you need to do something in the world too. When you do, do it from a place of unconditional love and gratitude for the gifts you can gain from the experience. Work inwardly until you are strong enough to take this stance, even if there are still some feelings to resolve.
To work through those old hot buttons here are some suggestions. Work to comfort and empower yourself, forgiving and releasing hurt, fear, shame, judgment, anger, hatred etc. I offer many tools in my online store to help with that such as Power Animals, Inner Child Work, Body Communication, and others. But the simple instructions for those who already have the tools through my teachings or others are to center in your adult, new world focus of self and comfort the parts of you that are stuck in the past. Those parts of you will often feel very young. That’s because they have been stuck and unable to mature from some experience. Treat them as a child that needs your wisdom and love because though they are a part of you, they are also an independent identity. Teach them to be strong and reassure them that they can grow strong enough to handle the situation. Let the old emotional/mental energy associated with the old experiences release. Then you can re-imagine the experience from deep in your feeling self. Create a new and empowering memory from a place of strength, self-love, self-respect and compassion for yourself and others. This, if done from your feeling self, not just your head, will change the whole line of history for you and for others when they are ready to heal.
On January 5 and 12, 2012 and on July 1, 2021 on this site I wrote posts about working with your angel self. This can be very helpful with what I am suggesting you do. Your angel self helps you to release the toxic energy of the past, to heal and to feel unconditionally loved and loving. To find those posts, just type angel into the search box and find those posts within that list.
Once we have cleaned up our reactions in the past and empowered ourselves there, the current circumstance that pushed our hot button is diminished and may just fade away. Challenges of an old-world nature that are still with us are just trying to resolve fully so they can let go. So, working on your hot buttons around those issues causes them to fade and clear more quickly. This can avoid a great deal of suffering in the future for everyone.

I am so excited as I work spiritually for the planet lately and find the old world is losing power and the new world growing much stronger. Everything is so much lighter and easier spiritually than in the past. Since the manifest world follows the impulses of spirit, we can look forward to that easier experience in form too.
