The molecules, cells and organs of our bodies are receiving new world information, planted there to awaken as they are ready to ascend. A little nudge from you will help yours to break out of their old-world slumber to increasing unity, sovereignty and wholeness.
Here is a tool to lovingly awaken true self within your body:
1 – Get comfortable, either sitting or laying down, but somewhere quiet and peaceful. Breathe and relax and open your heart to the love that is present within and all around you.
2 – Beginning at your feet, squeeze all your foot muscles in a comfortable way until your feet feel happily awake. Center your consciousness there, as though you are communing with your feet in the most loving way you can.
3 – Staying centered in your feet but with an open heart, welcome your Higher Self to be present within your feet and co-create the new world there.
4 – Continue this way up through your body, isolating muscle groups that you can squeeze and following steps 2 and 3 there (change the word ‘feet’ to whatever part of the body you are on). Go all the way to the top of your head.
You can stop there, or you can continue and go deeper with the following steps:
5 – Work similarly with any body part, organ or system that is in need of greater health and wholeness. You may not be able to squeeze that part of you, but you can focus your energy there with a kind of inner hug squeeze. Then follow steps 2 and 3 there.
6 – You can work this same system with your cells and genetic molecules, but you will have to focus your hug/squeeze through your whole body at the cellular or genetic level. Just stay in your feeling self and use your imagination to sense them throughout your body. Visualization can help if you are primarily feeling, not just using your head, but letting yourself sense through your body. When you focus your feeling intention and open heart on “cells” or “genetic molecules” you get that vibrational connection, so it is there even if you can’t imagine it.
This amazing little exercise will open huge doors for you into the new world. I believe you will feel fabulous when you are done!
