The ascension shifts this past week have been rapid and deep.  The work of ascension is moving more comprehensively than ever because the systems are in place for the changes to flow more easily.  It is thrilling to watch stuff that used to be extremely challenging and confusing in my work for individuals and the planet take sudden and easy shifts like I have been seeing this week!

I wonder if you are feeling changes especially now too.  You might notice a period of discomfort or disorganization, like you just aren’t all there and can’t ground or focus well, clumsiness or toxicity.  These are symptoms of the passing away within you of old world energy systems.  When the new ones come on board you feel brighter, clearer and more grounded.  You feel more at home in the world and more yourself than ever.
