Every created thing has an angel that called it into being and which holds the pattern for its existence and wholeness.  My world ascension team and students have been working with the angels and you can too!

Angels are sometimes defined as the hands of God within the created world.  So, when we access our angels we are accessing the essence of truth of God (the clearest focus of the One we can access at this time beyond people’s limited ideas about what God is).

Not only do you have an angel for your whole body, but you also have an angel for each organ, system, cell, molecule and subatomic particle within your body.  There is also an angel of your emotions, mind and soul.  And most people also have an Angel Self, which is one of the first manifestations of ourselves that we incarnated into.  Then of course, there are your guardian angels, and most people have two or three of those!  You are supported by many angels, and they are available to help you in your life, healing and ascension too.

All of these angels can be accessed simply by opening your heart and inviting them.  Once your life was created, they have stepped back to allow your free will to unfold the experiences you need in your life.  They assist when you are open to it, whether consciously or unconsciously if it is in harmony with your soul contracts and the purpose of your life.  Since we are currently working to reclaim our unity with our Higher Selves and the essence of truth of God, our angels are an invaluable resource.  Angels always hold both those levels of unity within themselves, so working with them is entirely in harmony with our purpose during this time of ascension.

During Healing & Ascension Treatments and world healing and ascension work I have been inviting the angels to work with us.  I have learned that they have the ability, not only as I have used them in the past to help us vent toxic emotions.  They also can vent directly into God’s care any block or toxic state of body, mind, soul and spirit that is ready and in need of clearing.  This means that anyone who is open to them can now work their own clearing for things which have fulfilled their contracts and are ready to go.  These are skills that I have taught for 35 years as part of my Healer Certification trainings.  And while there are still many things that need more skilled assistance, because the old-world contracts ended in 2012, most old world negative things will be able to clear soon, if not immediately.  Fulfilling the final piece of a contract for an individual is often as simple as choosing with an open heart to receive unconditional love and forgiveness for self and for those who have harmed us, or those we have harmed.  With that attitude, working with the angels can be extremely potent and simple to do.

How to Work with Your Angels

1. Being grounded and centered is always the most effective place to begin anything spiritual. From that foundation everything else will work. So, start with centering and grounding. (The post on May 20, 2021 The Hub of the Wheel of Your Life teaches a simple and effective tool for achieving this.)
2. An open heart is essential if you want to connect spiritually to your angel, or anyone. It also is the way that things can clear.  When the heart is closed, the door to transformation is closed, and even your angel won’t be able to help.  Once you are grounded and centered, it should be easier to open your heart so, take a moment to breathe into it and open to receive the unconditional love of your angels.  (Eve’s 3 Most Important Things Video #1 helps you learn to do ground and open your heart.  Find it in Resources below this post)
3. Center within your open heart and invite whichever angel you want to work with to be present with you. It could be any of those listed in the third paragraph of this article, remember everything has an angel.  Perhaps you want to work on a particular problem in your body, emotions or mind…or whatever. Ask for the angel for that thing.
4. Welcome the angel into the area of need. Invite it to enfold that aspect of you and its physical, emotional, mental and spiritual elements.
5. Open to the experience and welcome the unconditional love of the angel into the depth of your needs. Ask for what you feel is needed, but don’t define how it should happen or limit what you receive to only that.  Let the angel work in the way within you which is ripe for healing and clearing.  Trust that process.
6. Ask if there is any forgiveness and unconditional love work you need to do to complete your contracts around this concern. What is needed may be very ancient or current.  Blocks or issues may sometimes be more hereditary than personal.  You have the authority to forgive and bring unconditional love even to the hereditary things.
7. If the answer is yes there is forgiveness and unconditional love needed, open your heart and invite the angel to help you to forgive, stand in unconditional love for yourself and all others and to heal.
8. The angel has the ability to “vent” anything that needs clearing directly into God’s care. It also is able to heal, uplift, tune and help you to ascend into unity with your true self.  Ask for that to occur as you are ready for it.
9. You can work with multiple angels on different issues as needed, even at the same time.
10. When it feels complete, give thanks to the angel and essence of truth of God.  Ground, center and breathe into your body.  Ask that everything that is still being worked out would be in their care and release it all.  Give yourself an inner hug and honor your good work.
11. Re-center, breathe into your body again and focus into the present time and place. Ground further, stretch and look around you. Make sure you have released everything into the angel’s and essence of truth of God’s care. Ask to be refocused and balanced for whatever you need to do next in your day.
12. Take a few minutes to be sure you feel back. If it isn’t happening, get up, move your body, have a drink of water, maybe get a bite to eat, and then try again.  Make sure you feel focused and grounded into the present time and place before you get on with your day.  If that doesn’t happen, return to step 6 and complete that phase more fully before going again through the rest of the steps.  Alternately take a walk and let yourself gradually finish releasing, forgiving and getting grounded.
