Now is the time for a deep level of transformation of the physical body.  The root of the physical is the genetic molecule, and everything is coming together to help it to ascend!

This is such a profound change, affecting not only our physical selves, but bringing up hereditary karmic baggage to be cleared, and causing a great deal of emotional and mental healing as well.  Don’t be surprised if you find yourself experiencing some grief or sadness.  If you find yourself crying, even if you don’t know why, let the tears flow.  Let the emotions wash through you — these things are mostly just passing away.

If there is anything to be done, it is simply to ask for forgiveness for all of it, for all people and for yourself.  This kind of forgiveness is called grace.  That means without judgment, releasing all fears, hatreds and misdeeds.  Why?  Because they are the old world story.  They deserve to be honored for the purposes they have fulfilled, but it is time to let them go and give thanks for the gifts they have given us.  Because of our old world hardships, we are now strong enough to return to unity without being lost in the Oneness.  We have evolved into individual Beings and have amazing potentials and gifts yet to be realized as we ascend.

This current phase of ascension is being stimulated from so many different directions:  the World Ascension Virus or Covid, the Covid Vaccine, the constantly increasing strength of the new world, the impacts of pollution and disease, poor nutrition due to diet and agricultural practices… all these and so much more have combined to weaken our old world genetic makeup.  That weakness is helping us – forcing us – to ascend.  Where we find ourselves struggling with problems, it is time to stop judging and fearing.  Instead, welcome your new world experience of body, emotion, mind, soul and spirit to become the foundation of your experience.  Step into your new world self which is becoming stronger by the day.

It is necessary for the old version of physical health to pass away, because in the new world our bodies are built differently.  The breaking down is destiny… not destruction but transformation.  We are shifting from a dense molecular structure to one of pure clear energy and light.  The new world body is more like a prism of pure energy.  You don’t have to worry as your body gives you some weird symptoms as long as they don’t stay too long (use your discernment about what you need to see the doctor about, much of this is just temporary stuff.  It doesn’t hurt to get tested, but if they can’t figure it out, it could well be just the transformation experience).

The way toward this new world body is one of many small changes – not one big shift.  If you have ever watched a baby grow, you will remember how one day the nose grows, the next the rest of the face catches up with it.  Then the child plumps up, followed by a growth spurt into a taller body.  Then the feet do a sudden size expansion and yesterday’s shoes don’t fit…  Ascension is a lot like that.  So, while we have some discomfort with the shifts, it isn’t everything at once.  This makes it manageable.

In general, the older we are, the more releasing we have to do out of our genetic molecules.  Our old world genetic molecules carry hereditary soul contracts, karma, disease and other baggage.  The World Ascension Virus and vaccine are helping to clear those things out of our bodies, auras, souls and hereditary lines.  This allows the shift up to the lighter genetic material to occur more easily and quickly. The younger people are, the less old world baggage they have had to take on genetically.  That is because us older folks are doing a darn good job working through so much of this, both within ourselves and within society.  Don’t judge it – we don’t have to work all our social baggage out; we just have to do our part and the journey of ascension will eventually cause that old stuff to be rooted of us and our world.  They will literally disappear when no longer needed.

I notice a generally lighter genetic energy for people of younger years, though it varies by individual, family, culture and soul contract; so these are generalizations:  Under 30 is so much lighter than over that. 10 and under is lighter still and 2 and under is very light and new world.  That is not to say that these younger groups aren’t working through things for their families and world, they are.  But often those things aren’t rooted in their genetic molecules as much as just things they work through because they are part of our families and our world.  For many young people the World Ascension Virus is less of a challenge; not just because they are younger and healthier, but because they don’t need it.  Their molecules are already significantly new world!

As our bodies ascend, it is helpful to center as deeply into our new world experience as we can.  This makes the transition more comfortable for us.  Feel free to explore the Resources section below and discover what feels like the right tools for you on any given day.  Make special note of the Free Tools and Mini Self-Healing Classes for your personal work.  Variety helps.  The more different ways you approach your healing and ascension, the smoother your path to the new world.
