I awoke this morning with a vision of our old world selves in transition. We were flickering like an old reel to reel movie, skipping and jumping in and out of focus. While we have made great strides in ascension, the process of change is sometimes uncomfortable. But then we reach the times where things settle into their next new world place for a while and we can enjoy the new lightness and ease more fully. During the rough periods some people experience fatigue, anxiety or frustration, some physical discomfort, achiness, stiffness, pain. During rough times it is well not to fight it, but to just go with the flow. If you need to rest and don’t get as much done as you want, that’s okay. Invite your Higher Self into your life to help you.
Partnering with Higher Self is what ascension is all about! This is the way to success, relaxation, trust and peace. Here is the prayer I use daily to help me through:
Higher Self, I’ll do my best and let you and the Higher Power do the rest. Please make sure everything gets done in its right time and that I show up in the ways needed.
Our bodies, instincts and egos are primary focuses for the current shifts in our world. Old world elements are falling away in increasingly big pieces, which is exciting. It seems like many people are ready for these changes consciously, but the more subconscious aspects of self may get resistant just because change scares us instinctually. I find myself moment by moment reminding my body and my ego to partner with my Higher Self and surrender fear and judgment. Minds and emotions may seem somewhat murky because so much is letting go at once that it is clouding the aura of the planet and our own selves. So, when you feel that murkiness, remember what is really happening and trust this process. You can invite your Higher Selves to grow stronger within you on all levels and help you to own your new world experience on all levels as you are ready.
Forgiveness is the essential element of ascension and releasing the old is an act of forgiveness like no other. Sometimes the old won’t let go without a deliberate expression of forgiveness and thanks. For this I find the following statement extremely helpful. Replace the term God with Higher Power or The Essence of Truth or The One if you want to:
All you are is God. You can’t hurt me; you can only make me stronger. Thank you for being my teacher.
This statement of truth is a reminder that everyone is a part of the One even when they are playing a unpleasant role within the “old world drama” in our lives. Each experience of suffering and opposition is part of the script in that “play” which helped us to grow our individuality and soul muscles in preparation for the new world experience. Coping with those things caused us to build our human selves into a vessel that is strong enough to support our own Higher Selves within the new world. Our purpose in the new world is to enjoy co-creating a beautiful life together.
Truly, there are only friends and teachers (or what I sometimes call “good enemies”) in our world. We contracted on a higher level for all of it; but suffering and limitation are only illusions. As we forgive, heal and ascend, we leave behind the suffering like an old husk. Then we are left with the skills, gifts, power and potentials we developed through our incarnations in the old world experience. Suffering dissipates like mist when the sun rises. It has no real substance to sustain it in the new world.
Learning to live in our new world selves takes practice. We will all ultimately get that practice, but it is quicker and much easier when we do it by choice, rather than being pushed into it by the environment. December 10, begins a series of six classes where we practice living in the peace and strength of our new world selves. When people are anchored into the new world, it allows me to help them let go of their old world experience more quickly and easily. This work also helps our families, soul groups and world to do the same when they are ready. Our work creates pathways in soul and spirit that others can follow into the new world when it is right for them. We also release and rewrite old contracts to support ascension into the new world. Healing & Ascension Monthlies have been doing this work every 4 weeks since 2012! The group has grown from a dozen people to almost 40. I wanted to briefly mention the vaccines for Covid19 which are coming in December. It is my understanding that these will allow this World Ascension Virus to continue to help us ascend by releasing our old world genetic material and contracts. But it will do so in an overall safer way. Yes, it is typical for some people to have reactions to a vaccine. However, as I work with the Higher Power on this, I feel that each one will get what will be helpful to them and only that. The Higher Power is present within the vaccines already and will continue to be there when people receive them. I and my teams of World Ascension Workers will work to help smooth the releasing of old world blocks and traumas as the vaccine does its job. I am usually not a big proponent of our vaccination policies in this country. I don’t think they should be used as a constant thing. However, in a health crisis they fulfill their true purpose. It is my understanding that the use of this vaccine will speed and smooth the process of ascension for our world and allow us all to get on with our lives. I hope that people will be given a choice whether or not to receive this one and I trust that you will follow your own sense of what is right for you and your children with regards to it.
On this Thanksgiving week, I am grateful for each of you and the gifts that you are in our world. Your intentions to serve the greater good for all within your lives and in your own unique ways is fuel for the shifts that we are making together. Ascending to a world of unconditional love, unity, wholeness, telepathy between people, animals and all creation, healing of all old world traumas and co-creating a life and world where we love to live is the amazing journey we are traveling. We have so much to look forward to and it is happening way ahead of schedule. This means it is happening much more easily than anticipated. You are each making a difference. Thank you!
