The Will to Love

When the shift hits the fan like it did today, I’m grateful for my basic centering, grounding and focusing tools that help me hold steady and release what is trying to clear.  Here’s how I do it!

As summer 2019 fades into fall, there is a strengthening and deepening of the new world within each of us.  This strengthening of true self will have vastly powerful results on every level.  Temporarily though it is having a similar effect to any big housecleaning – the debris is flying!  As a result many people may be feeling a bit out of sorts.

What can we do until the dust settles?

1) Open your heart!  Your heart chakra in the middle of your chest is the primary vehicle of transformation.  When stressed people often close their hearts and center in their heads.  This is a type of dissociation which temporarily calms people down, however it often closes the heart chakra and you which tends to get you stuck in the muck.  What is needed is a willingness to love despite the discomfort and stress.  Opening and keeping your heart open is an act of absolute love and often an act of will.

It’s quite possible to think you’re opening your heart when you are actually only thinking about it and not really doing it.  You can’t open your heart unless you are in your body.  Your mind can’t make it open.  To get out of your head: breathe into your body, give yourself a big hug inside all the way to your toes and to the top of your head, keep breathing until you feel yourself come into your body.

Let go of the tension in head and neck as you let your breath carry you into your  new world heart chakra in the middle of your chest and center there as though you have eyes and ears in your heart.  Open your heart chakra back and front.  If you are new to this or want to refine your skill, you can use my Inner Wisdom exercise*.  As often as I open my heart, there are still times when I have to work at it.  So though this may seem like basic stuff, it isn’t.  It is powerful, essential and very real work.

Hold steady with your open heart, continuing to breathe and do the inner hug until you feel calm enough for the next step.

2)  Think of the shifts as a strong wind blowing; don’t let it blow you down!  When you stand in a strong wind you have to widen your stance and root your feet into the earth, the muscles of legs need to tighten a bit and the knees and hips soften.  Imagine yourself as a tree, and feel the strength of your roots reaching deep into the new-world Earth, which is already present and much clearer than the old-world Earth we are used to.  From below your feet open to receive a wellspring of pure clear energy for life through your roots.  Let your branches reach into the new-world sky to receive love from the new-world sun.  Hold steady in your trunk and your whole tree, with your open heart.

For my regular readers, students and clients, these two things – open heart /Inner Wisdom and be a tree are the first two tools I teach.  I am teaching them again at the risk of being redundant because some days these are the most important, perhaps the only things you can do to find and stay in your comfortable and true self.  When the debris is flying, people who are sensitive psychically and empathically may find it very difficult to get through the day.  This is how you do it!

3) Once you have found and opened your heart and stabilized yourself within your body, you can also use my exercise Live in the New World *** to center in the clearest available focus of your true self and receive support in staying there.  Then you can let your old world stuff which is trying to clear do so by asking that your old world self be in the old world nursery as instructed in detail video #3.

Today was a challenging day for me.  There were moments where I felt I just would not be able to serve my healing clients.  There was so much stuff coming up that was trying to work its way out of my system and also out of our world that it was temporarily overwhelming.  I know that when I am feeling this stuff so strongly, others are likely feeling the same way.  So I did what I could to help things clear for the world as well as myself, and I hope it helped you too.
