‘Tis the season for grass and weed allergies – a bit earlier this year and a bit more intense than previously,why?  That is what I have been exploring…

The past two years have played havoc with allergy symptoms for many of us and I have been working to understand what is going on and how I can eliminate this problem. No big surprise it had to do with the process of ascension for the human population and the planet both.  Here is what I learned.

Years ago I learned that wheat – a grass that forms grain – helps to clear energies of war out of the soil.  So I wasn’t too surprised when I realized that all grasses help to clear discarnate souls who are ready to graduate back to their eternal home in spirit.  In the old world, bodies died and have had to decay on the earth, setting their souls free to return to spirit. Physical bodies couldn’t ascend with their souls until they became enlightened, but as we ascend into new world we are on a rapid track to being able to ascend our physical bodies too!  In the mean time souls needed to be released from them through the process of death.  Even so, many souls didn’t go into the light, but stayed with their bodies, or attached to places and people. We call these souls discarnate. As the world ascends, these souls are being released from the earth and reunited with their Higher Selves. Wild grasses, are helping by acting like wicks, to draw discarnate souls out of the earth and soil and release them to the Essence of Truth of God where they can heal and be reunited with their larger soul in spirit.  I use that term Essence of Truth to indicate the clearest focus of that One that we are able to access at any present time, freeing us from the limited ideas about God from religions.  You can call it Higher Power or One Source or Great Spirit if you prefer. 

Something about the ripening energy of the grasses as they go to seed lifts the discarnate souls into the light.  So those of us who are sensitive, find ourselves energetically buffeted by these passing souls as they work their way up and out of the world, which causes our unconscious to react with allergies to try to fight off what is invisibly irritating us.

Weeds are doing something similar.  As they come to seed they are drawing up from the discarnate souls the spiritual entities which have been trapped in the world with them, but which are old world and no longer needed as they ascend.  These entities are beings that have been helping us, and they are returning to the Essence of Truth of God to be loved, healed and re-contracted. So when we are reacting to weeds, that is what we are sensing and unconsciously being irritated by.

We don’t need to worry about them, because they are in the care of The Higher Power and won’t be attaching to anyone, they are going home. In the old world, entities have been used as part of the system that limits us. They have been contracted in one or more incarnations to use our strengths and force us to use our weaker aspects so those can develop and evolve.  As we ascend, we eventually claim all of ourselves and gradually release the entities and their contracts since they are no longer helping us.  This is why they are being cleared from the souls that are graduating now, setting most souls free to be able to ascend and enter the new world in their next incarnations.  (Some will continue in the old world for another lifetime or two, somewhere in the universe that has yet to ascend.  Perhaps they will help with that ascension process, and they will certainly grow desired soul muscles and skills as well)

One of my colleagues who helps with my planetary ascension work offered a suggestion for overcoming the allergy symptoms!  She is the one who brought us the use of the New World Nursery which supports, comforts and protects us as we go through our ascension process; and the Old World Nursery which supports and comforts the old world parts of us and others without judgment until they too are ready to ascend.

Her suggestion to me was that the allergens, and our reactions to them are old world parts of us and that we can ask to be in our new world selves in the new world nursery where we are in a vibration above the old world energies of allergens, allergies and allergy medicines which make us feel crummy. Let them be in the old world nursery.  Below is how you would do that:

1- Give yourself a big hug inside all the way down to your toes and up to the top of your head as though you are hugging someone who is very important to you

2- Center deep within your heart, letting your mind look out through your heart and step back until you feel a comfortable open place within.

3- There you will find your Inner Wisdom.  Ask you Inner Wisdom to bring you into your new world self within the new world nursery, and to release your old world self into the old world nursery.  Release your allergy symptoms and symptoms of allergy medicines with your old world self into the old world nursery.

4- You will bridge between your old world and new world self, but can choose to live focused in your new world self in the new world nursery.  You may need to repeat this request multiple times a day because it is easy to get triggered back into the old world vibration.  So simply repeat steps 1 through 3 to do that.

May you breathe easily as you enjoy the comfort and relaxation of living in your new world self increasingly!
