On the cusp of the new year, I want to encourage you to see yourself in a new way.  Because you are ascending, you are constantly integrating more of your true self into your energy field, and your energy systems are constantly being upgraded.  This means that you need to open your self-expectations up, being ready to actualize potentials which you previously thought were unavailable to you.

Below is a way that you can incorporate these new potentials at need into your life:

• Breath into your body and hug yourself from toes to head, like you were hugging someone you love very much.  Open your heart back and front to receive the unconditional love of your Higher Self and the essence of truth of God.
• Ask the essence of truth of your own Higher self to work with the essence of truth of God to integrate into your life whatever abilities you need to succeed in the new year.  It helps to state what you feel you need to succeed, but be open to it coming in ways you don’t expect.
• Ask to experience these shifts in ability where and when they will be most helpful, and in such a way that they seem familiar and natural to you.
• Give thanks and be open for these shifts to come in the right way and time for you.

You can do this in a general way as a meditation for New Years.  But you can also use this meditation when there is something specific you have to face, do, receive or accomplish which you feel insufficiently equipped or experienced for.

Please use the term essence of truth of… (in this case of your Higher Self and God but it is good for other focusses of truth as well), to be sure you are accessing the clearest truth which is available to you at the current time.  Especially when doing this sort of meditative prayer, it will help you to avoid energies which would confuse or mislead you so you can access what you need accurately.  You can repeat the request a few times until you feel clearly connected if needed.  As you ascend, the essence of truth takes you to clearer and clearer levels of connection, so it will be new but familiar each time.  If you don’t like the term God, use a term that resonates best for you, perhaps Higher Power or One Source of Life.
