As long as we could count on the material world for our security we could keep our spiritual development on the sidelines, like a hobby, something we did for fun. The security of jobs and money, family and society kept us focused in what we saw as practical matters. But when we can no longer depend on those things to make us safe and successful, we may begin to take our spiritual inclinations more seriously. We may begin to realize that our spirituality was never just a hobby, but that it has been growing stronger and stronger despite our distractions and when the distractions of material security fall away, there our spiritual wisdom is…central and important.
Divinely loving and eternal spirit is the cause of life and the purpose behind all form. Everything that has happened or ever will happen has been caused by the eternal spirit of life. Form is a gym for developing souls as a vehicle for our eternal spirit to live and act through.
The old forms of society are becoming less reliable because we are changing gears in this world. We’ve built our soul vehicles to a level where our higher consciousness is beginning to act more directly through our lives. So, our new boss is within us, not outside us in our work, our family or social hierarchy, our government. It is present within each of us, our own unique focus of divine wisdom within.
So, when you see the old securities falling away, rather than reacting with fear, you may choose to trust the divine wisdom within you. Focus on your spiritual instincts, find the place within where you know who you really are, let go of fear and enjoy the ride. This is a very exciting time to be alive! Everything is happening for a higher good and you are exactly the person you need to be to take the next step in your own self-realization. All you need to do is trust, one moment at a time; even if you only trust part of the time that is enough to move you into a higher and clearer state, where your inner wisdom can guide you increasingly.
