The intense heat and sun energy this week has been intensifying old emotional blocks and cooking them out of our system.  So if you have had some intense stuff coming up that’s why.  Also mercury retrograde, which causes you to revisit stuff you thought was finished, is helping you to recognize that there may be some more work to do!  So, while this process is uncomfortable, it is valuable.  Due to the increasingly spiritual vibrations caused by our ascension, things really can resolve more easily than in the past. So it should be well worth focusing loving attention on your reactions to the stuff that has been pushing your buttons this week.   It might be just the thing to help you release an old block so you can blossom into your truth in a whole new way!

Mercury goes direct again tomorrow, so tonight is a perfect time to work.  However, there is still a kind of after-influence available to help you stay focused if you didn’t get to work on your stuff while it was retrograde.

The Ascension Group did some great work with 18 – 21 year olds this week, helping them to ascend their sexuality and anger so those powerful energies come in harmony with their higher selves, in service to the greater good.  They will also find it easier to focus and feel good about their selves.
