There is one single most important thing for you to make your own. Essence of Truth of God is within you. This is a reality that each of us will learn to live fully as we ascend.
There are also false old-world things within you, which can cause a lot of confusion, fear, and mistrust of self. But deep within, you can discern the difference. It is a heart thing. An Inner Wisdom within thing.
You need to listen to your inner knowing, and not give weight to your doubting, fearful, judgmental, ego based old world mind. If there is fear or judgment, that is not your truth. Just move on past it. Take time to go deeper within to find the true you and make that your focus which will allow enlightened awareness to awaken within your consciousness.
It may awaken as a silent knowing, or something more obvious. It won’t always be words, thoughts, or images. The silent knowing is key, because it is always there beneath the flashier stuff and helps you to know what is true.
The next most important thing is to be centered and grounded within your body.
If you seek something outside of you and leave your body to access it, then you are lost in space. There is so much out there and almost all of it not precisely what you need. What is pertinent to you, and right for you, can be accessed through your spirit grounded within your body. There is a lot of random information floating around outside of you. Whether in spirit, media, in print, or through other people. But what you receive in that way can’t be precise unless it comes through your Inner Wisdom within you. Seek it there to be sure you get what is true for you. When you do, what you need will rise to consciousness. This may happen immediately, or take a few minutes, days, or much longer. You will have the directions you need when the time is right for them. That way the universe can bring together all the factors needed and point you in the right path at the perfect time. While you wait, let it go for a bit, but return to it again regularly to water the seeds, and see if there is anything new breaking ground around the situation.
When you are grounded, your Higher Self and essence of truth of God have access to you through your aura and chakras. Being open to your higher vibrations is the next most important thing. But think of that as part of your human self. They need to anchor through your human self to work.
So, though you may reach up to those higher vibrations of your eternal true self, you need to be grounded in your human self so Higher Self can anchor through your chakras. Then Higher Self integrates as inner wisdom to guide you from within.

But most importantly they are within YOU! Moment by moment, remember this. I don’t even like giving you instructions, because they might confuse you. So let the ideas integrate, but then let them go and follow your heart into your inner self to find your truth. It is there for you. With regular exercise you will grow this trust muscle of inner knowing.
Here are three ideas for mantras you can use during your days and nights:
Inner Wisdom, is within my heart, I anchor there.
I am Inner Widom within this body. This is my true self.
Higher Self and essence of truth of God, be here now within my body and my circumstances. Walk within me moment by moment.
This inner foundation of unity and trust is what everything else can be built on for your new world experience. You need to build that foundation so that you can have the quality of experience that you get when I am guiding you into it. This needs to become your own; always accessible wherever you are.
It’s not necessarily more spiritual tools that you need, though they may help bring you to the unity and wholeness that is your birthright. It is the frequent practice of accessing Inner Wisdom within your own heart and soul. This is not channeling. This is BEING YOU. It is something innate that tools and channeling can only point you toward.
There are a lot of illusions and shape shifter energies which are part of the old-world contracts. They may come through people, through media, or may be entities in spirit. They are built into our old-world genetics, families, and soul group contracts designed for that journey that pushed us to individuate out of the Oneness to build our unique soul. Now we are reversing that journey, because we have completed our work and are ready for the new world. We are coming home to the presence of essence of truth of God within us. Once there, we will find it around us as well.
I was blessed this week to work with two lovely people who struggle to trust and love themselves. This is such a common challenge, but they each brought it in uncommon ways, which opened doors for me. They led me to be able to work with a major set of the original contracts for those illusions and spiritual energies which pushed us out of Oneness into separation through fear, shame, insecurity, hatred, judgment, and blame.
These old world contractual energies had created voids and barriers to truly knowing ourselves and owning essence of truth of God within us. After I was guided to help rewrite those contracts, I saw the new world liquid crystal body, emotion, and mind growing rapidly to fill what used to be voids and clear the blocks. I also saw this activating people’s Inner Wisdom. I watched it quickly growing stronger than the old world within our hearts, minds, and souls. Soon the old-world illusions will no longer be able to control us. I saw this happening rapidly for about 60% of people on Earth. The rest will be able to come along soon as well.
So, now is the time to seek our unity, wisdom, and wholeness within. The consistent daily and moment by moment work to own that will turn the soil of human consciousness allowing old world weeds to clear and the beautiful new world to grow strong within us and for our world.

There are many difficult old world forces which we are now in position to transmute through our efforts in these ways. As we become ready to face these challenges down once and for all within ourselves, they are kicking up a lot of fuss within ourselves and our world. Don’t believe the intimidation, it is old world lies fighting their death throws, within individuals and within the world.
Believe in your unity within. Learn to live there. From that unity you will know how to act through unconditional love in each moment and circumstance.
This is a path you can’t ignore any more. It can no longer safely be put off for another day. The longer you wait the more intense the resistance will become. But it is just a house of mirrors or a bad dream. The fear you feel is mirrored back by the world. Love yourself and don’t believe it. What you see outside of you has a solution within your own heart and soul. The solution of unity and co-creation. YOU can do this.
