My long-time readers know how I love this verse from Rudolf Steiner.  I always look forward to sharing it Solstice week!  When the world is dark and cold, we bring the light and warmth within us.  And in so doing, we recognize our true nature as one with that light of Oneness that shines within all creation, though dimmed by the old-world journey.   This beautiful verse can be a sacred meditation to carry in our hearts for this week.

2025 has been such a significant year for world healing and ascension.  The strength of the new world has approximately tripled since this time last year!  Along with that the old world has continued to prove itself dysfunctional, and in process of decaying.  This is both difficult and joyful.  Inevitable as it is, it can also be frightening to be in the midst of.

Whenever you feel fearful or daunted by the outer death of the old world, focus on strengthening the new world within you.  This lifts you into the light and joy and helps diminish the old-world influence.  It speeds our journey personally, but also for the whole world, through and out of the old and into the new.

Key elements are to stay centered in open heart.  Be anchored through your body into your new world self and essence of truth of God (or you may call it the One) below and above.  We often imagine this like a tree anchored into Earth below and Sun above.  Practice and grow strong within your core holding this unity.  This is how your own Higher Self comes to live within your human experience and lift you into the new world.

People tend when on holiday to also take a vacation from their spiritual practice.  It’s as though being off work, they return to childhood.  However, you may recall that childhood wasn’t all fun!  People become aware of this when they spend time with family and find themselves feeling disempowered and/or disrespected when all they wanted was love, joy, and comfort.  Vulnerability and lack of control is what most people return to when they return to family of origin if they are not deliberately and strongly centered in spiritual truth and wholeness of self.  This can cause people to lose power and focus in our lives, or feel lost in old hurts which we thought we’d grown out of.  You have grown out of them!  Choosing to visit with family while simultaneously dropping your spiritual practice and self-care leads people to re-identify with those experiences that we have grown out of and no longer need.  So, remember to be the grown up for yourself.  You can let your child self play, while simultaneously being strong, alert and responsible for the well-being and wholeness of your self.

I recommend that while on holiday, you enjoy the opportunity to invest in yourself care, self-love, and your new world selves.  Make time for that.  Use this time to celebrate the best you which you have earned through your life and spiritual practice, and grow it even stronger.

When we return to family of origin, or visit with extended family, in-laws or friends, one simple thing that can make a huge difference is working with your power animals!  Power animals are phenomenally empowering  for Inner children – parts of us which have gotten stuck in our younger years which can get activated within those situations. Power animals are fun!  And they help these vulnerable parts to be strong and protect us from negative behaviors from others which their vulnerability might otherwise attract.  They also help inner children to heal more efficiently than anything else.   If you’re new to power animals, find my Power Animal MP3 in my website store – see Resources below this post.

As we wrap up 2025, we can choose to harvest the strengths, gifts, unity, wholeness, and healing that we have gained over this very dynamic year of change.  Strengthen those through doing inner work in the ways which feel right to you.  As you strengthen your wholeness that which you have been in process of resolving this year can complete.  This will help you begin the new year in your power and fully ready for the new soul goals which will come to focus.

2026 will bring a much stronger new world experience.  It will be accelerated, and mighty changes will occur spiritually and in the world experience.  Invested in your strongest new world self you will be able to thrive and thrill as you ride this wave of change.  Healing and Ascension Monthlies are the most supportive system that I know for training you to ride these waves of change into the new world experience.  With so much change ahead in 2026, there is no accident that the new Monthlies Series begins on New Years Day!  What a great opportunity to pave a smoother way into the new world for us, our families, and our world.  I’m excited!  And you are invited to participate in this series if it is in your heart to do so.  Come by recording if you can’t come live.

Whatever way you embrace your new world self, know that 2026 will grow the new world phenomenally stronger.  The new world liquid crystal physical reality is ever more present, and so beautiful. There will be no mistaking this shift.  Daily practice to live in the new world will make this a positive and joyful experience for you.  In spirit, you are eternal, safe, and unbreakable, and one way or the other you will enter the new world.

We have the very special opportunity on Earth to bring our bodies and our planet into the new world through a gradual release of the old and rebirthing process.  In this way we don’t have to die and neither does our world.  However dark things may seem, there is now and will always be a deeper new world strength that is emerging and holding us steady.  You can rely on that.

Blessings and love for a beautiful Winter Solstice, whatever holidays you celebrate or don’t, and for making the most of these final weeks of 2025 to harvest the gifts you have earned and be the light.  You are worth it, and you are needed.
