It’s stime for some fun!  With the last of the OWA participants finishing their work by MP3 we are finally feeling the lightness and a sigh of release from that deep work.  Karlta Zarley – Renowned Healer and Teacher from Ann Arbor commented: “I think we will start to see shifting in a little more accelerated way, as time goes by on the worldwide stage.  Lots of energy shifted.”

As we catch our breath and feel the sigh, the next big wave of change is beginning to present and will be supported by the full moon next Wednesday morning November 5th.  As I googled it I learned that this will be the largest supermoon of the year and peaks amidst meteor showers, which explains why I am feeling it so strongly.  I have a fun and playful suggestion for how you can ride this wave to experience a smoother uplift a few levels further into the new world!

What is coming this week is the release of a deep dense layer of fear, feelings of being alone and unsupported, self-doubt, and judgment.  What is ready to clear is the way that in the old world we have had to fight our way through the obstructions of life and learned never to trust.  So, lots of old world “push” is ready to turn into new world flow.  This is not an easy shift for the world, but it can be easy for us, and easier for the world if you help by using my suggestion, which is bound to be joyful to do.

I was shown that each of us is ready for one, two, or even three new power animals!  This will raise our vibration and lift us with the new shift.  It will help us be stronger, more whole, confident, joyful, and trusting that “it’s” going to be okay.  No matter how the world reacts to this shift, with more of us holding steady and strong, it will be smoother and quicker than otherwise.

Power animals are pieces of the One, that come to you in animal form bringing the gifts which that animal carries that are needed to make necessary changes in our lives… Gifts which may be difficult to access on our own.  Each animal is different and has unique strengths to offer.  And each person will get something uniquely personal from each type of animal that comes to help them.

Once you’ve found yours through using my power animal journey MP3 – however many come – get to know them as you play with them in your ”imagination” which is a way to access reality in spirit.  Then let yourself become the animal and feel it fully through body, emotion, mind, soul, and spirit.

Move your body, make its sounds (or do it in imagination if you don’t feel comfortable or private enough to do it physically too) Feel it fully, instinctually, be primitive. This strengthens your unconscious and instinctual self, which builds the level of stability that you need when things change rapidly.

Then bring in your Higher Self to join with the earthier energies your power animal awakens within you. This will grow a deeper level of wholeness and unity within.

It helps to google the animal and learn about it, so you can imagine it better and get a conceptual idea to go with your more important experience of what it brings to your life.

As you do these things, I can see what would likely be a brittle, hard shift becoming a joyful uplift.  I hope you will make use of this suggestion and I am asking that you receive love and support for the experience from your Higher Self and the new world energies!
