Life in the USA is demanding that we build trust, not in the government, not in the economy, not in our service industries, not in safety of our personal funds and information – obviously!  But we are definitely building muscles of a new kind of trust in ourselves.

Many of us in this country have been blessed to have felt in the past that we could rely on a certain level of support from the world around us.  Perhaps not fully honest, intelligent, and functional, and we never fully trusted it; but there is a level of security that we once took for granted that is no longer available to us.  Things we just assumed were ours by right are now missing.

This is causing dismay.  What is going on?  It is the death of the old world that I wrote about in my book Riding the Wave of Change.  And the situation has only gotten worse and worse since then, as I knew it would.  Because it had to.  This is not something we can or should stop.  It is something to teach us to live in the NEW world, which is already available to us and growing stronger every day.  But which we can’t experience when we are living within the old-world focus and assumptions about life.  So, the old world is crumbling which is forcing us to go within for our solutions.

In the old world we focused on our position within family, society, career.  We learned we could shape ourselves to fill a niche within those communities of people, and in those relationships we could create a level of security and success.  Those relationships and roles depended on security of government, economy, and assumptions of good will and honesty sufficient to build our success, security, and stability upon.  And in this country, we have had more of those things than most places in the world have known.  Many of us have been blessed by them and maybe didn’t even recognize it.

Now that they are crumbling, we have lost trust in them.  And in losing trust, we could find ourselves lost without a direction or way to provide what we need.  So, many react to that loss of trust by trying harder to fix it all: the government, the economy, society.  To find a new niche to fill within the old world.  We can do our best, but it is crumbling between our fingers.

I am boldly going to say not to worry!  There is a new purpose and direction available within you.  There are a new set of “trust muscles” to build.  And the present circumstances are exactly what will cause you to build those muscles that you can rely on to support your life ongoingly.  As the old world crumbles, it gradually teaches us to center within and find our Inner Wisdom, Higher Self, and eternal spiritual strength.

Think of walking on unsteady and uneven ground.  The earth is shaking and to keep your feet, you use your belly muscles, focus on your footing, and strengthen your ground, pray that a chasm doesn’t open up.  You are forced to find a stronger balance within yourself.  Our world is like that, and we are learning to do that.  If you look back at where you were 10 or more years ago, you will recognize how much you have grown and how you are much more centered and strong for the gradual decline of outer world security.  If you are looking at it from the old-world success standpoint, you may not feel as successful because of inflation, job insecurity, etc.  But that’s not your fault, that is the stage of evolution we are undergoing.

Sovereignty is the goal of our evolution/ascension.  Relying on the unity we can learn to hold between our human selves and our Higher Selves we become sovereign/whole/carry authority of Higher Self within our own lives.  We are learning to identify with our Higher Selves and allow that higher intelligence, forgiveness, and unconditional love to grow within our human experience and be the guiding light and intelligence within all we are and all we do.

It is time for us to build a house of unity and sovereignty in which to live.  This is a house of our being and it needs to be strong enough to hold us safe, peaceful, to allow us to co-create our lives from higher intelligence and love.  It needs to hold up even when life throws us curve balls, frustrations, hurtfulness, fear.  When we identify with our sovereign wholeness and unity sufficiently, we don’t get lost in the chaos, or sucked into the fear, even if many around us are terrified, angry, blaming or suffering.  We become a sacred place through which essence of truth of God can act within the world.

Everything I have been teaching you comes from my own work to hold this experience within my own life.  I do this because I know that someone has to gain mastery in this, and why not me?  To figure out how to do it, and to share those skills with those who are needed to support the birth of the new world.  You are also needed to provide an increasing point of unity and wholeness and unconditional love so that the world can be held in spiritual safety and stability to ascend.  When we hold that within ourselves, we become the girders of the new world.

Living in the world as we are, this is not an absolute mastery yet.  We are building the muscles.  Every time life shakes us, we are learning to reach deeper into ourselves and build stronger new world trust muscles.  Then we move forward with our lives, not because it is easy for us, but because we can.  We can hold enough trust in unity in each situation to allow Higher Self and essence of truth of God to help.

It might go like this for example:

• You begin your day with a spiritual setup that creates unity of human and Higher Self. You work that until you feel centered and grounded into your sovereign spiritual core identity.  You welcome that to carry you through your day. (Eve’s 3 Most Important Things Videos and the Sacred Space MP3 both teach versions of that.  See Resources below this post)
• You move forward with your day and feel good, then life throws you a curve ball. The earth begins to shake beneath your feet.  Your old-world self begins to feel anxious, uncertain about your security and who to trust.
• You remember the unity of your morning spiritual work. And core of strength and true self you invested in for yourself.
• Your heart and higher mind begin draw you back deeper into your core of unity and ground even though there is still trembling in the ground of your old-world self. If needed you can go to a quiet place, even your car or restroom will suffice, to find your center again.
• You ask from your heart, from your will power, for Higher Self to guide you to co-create what will work in this situation. You hold that request until you begin to feel lighter and not afraid, or not as anxious.  You find yourself breathing better, and feeling your ground, and pulling in energy.  You know you are connected and Higher Self is picking up the situation and surrounding it in love.  Allow all your thoughts and reactions, and all circumstances to be surrounded in that love.
• You continue to ground and to surrender fear as the aftershocks of the situation continue for however long they do. Moments, or days, or much longer.  You repeatedly focus on the unity and surrender the fear.
• Your Higher Self has access to infinite possibilities which you cannot know yet. You don’t understand in your human mind all the ramifications that are working out in the world that are affecting your life.  This is where holding steady and trusting, you build the big trust muscles.
• You work with the judgments you have about yourself and others around the circumstances. Surrendering judgment, you trust that everyone is as they are because that is what is needed to move us further into the new world.  You breathe that trust into the stressed places in your body, heart and mind and begin to relax and feel a level of peace.
• You try to remember that you and everyone else are eternal, safe, and unbreakable. This this is just a schoolroom, a workout gym for building sovereignty and trust of true self.  The new world is the goal, and we are surrendering the old to build the new world.
• You do your best in the ways that feel self-caring and in your integrity and let Higher Self/essence of truth of God do the rest. But you do it not from fear and judgment, you do it in partnership with Higher Self through trust.  Then you watch as it all unfolds in ways that you may not have expected, but which you can be grateful for because they will work.  They will provide what is needed.
• In the new world we co-create from unity, wisdom, unconditional love, for joy, because we can. Everything we need is available to us.  Everything and everyone are fluid energy, light and life.  This is our goal.  You can see how the old has to crumble for us to enter this new experience together.
• The changes that will bring us to this experience are happening. We are not causing them, but we can help midwife them, by opening the way through our own lives for this birth to occur for our world.
